Gregory ContractingThis family had an existing oak kitchen with an L-shape perimeter and island, but needed additional seating and storage space. Because they had a patio door to their deck that could not be moved, they asked for a second island and additional storage in their kitchen space.
The beautiful new painted green finish combined seamlessly with the existing oak.
The additional storage of the "appliance garage" cabinets allows items to be tucked away and a new undercounter beverage refrigerator allows easy access for after school thrist quenching.
Cabinets were topped off with a durable 3 cm thick Bella Perla quartz countertop.
The family now has plenty of space to gather, eat together, do homework and play with crafts!

Capped by a picturesque double chimney and distinguished by its distinctive roof lines and patterned brick, stone and siding, Rookwood draws inspiration from Tudor and Shingle styles, two of the world’s most enduring architectural forms. Popular from about 1890 through 1940, Tudor is characterized by steeply pitched roofs, massive chimneys, tall narrow casement windows and decorative half-timbering. Shingle’s hallmarks include shingled walls, an asymmetrical façade, intersecting cross gables and extensive porches. A masterpiece of wood and stone, there is nothing ordinary about Rookwood, which combines the best of both worlds.
Once inside the foyer, the 3,500-square foot main level opens with a 27-foot central living room with natural fireplace. Nearby is a large kitchen featuring an extended island, hearth room and butler’s pantry with an adjacent formal dining space near the front of the house. Also featured is a sun room and spacious study, both perfect for relaxing, as well as two nearby garages that add up to almost 1,500 square foot of space. A large master suite with bath and walk-in closet which dominates the 2,700-square foot second level which also includes three additional family bedrooms, a convenient laundry and a flexible 580-square-foot bonus space. Downstairs, the lower level boasts approximately 1,000 more square feet of finished space, including a recreation room, guest suite and additional storage.

Michael Nash Design, Build & HomesThe adage “good things come in small packages” was never more true than in the remodeling of this home’s small bathrooms. First, a powder room was renovated with a dynamic three dimensional wall decorated with chipped marble. A wall hung pedestal sink and embedded lighting create an ultra-modern appeal.
A second floor bathroom was gutted and redesigned to allow for a large walk-in shower. Marble walls, a tile floor, a rain shower head and a glass entry provide a spa-like feel. A marble countertop adorned with a white furniture-quality vanity and improved lighting are additional highlights.
While they were at it, the homeowners also redid the mudroom to create additional storage, a bench and locker storage. The added counter and back splash above washer and dryer make doing laundry and folding a lot easier.
Sunray Remodel Services LLCThis customer didn't have any room for her home office, her closet wasn't big enough and she needed additional storage for all of her belongings that needed to be climate controlled. We added on this wonderfully large home office right off of the Master Bedroom, added on to her existing Master Bedroom closet and added a huge 12 x 12 climate controlled storage room. She was so thrilled to have all her needs met! We then matched the exterior to the room addition so that no one would know unless they saw before pictures!
