10x12 Studio Shed home office - Lifestyle Interior plus our added height option. The standard height of most models is 8'6" but you can choose to add 1 or even 2 extra feet of ceiling height. Our small kit "Pinyon" sits perpendicular to the office, holding garden tools and other supplies in a 4x8 footprint. The concrete pad, which extends to serve as the interior floor as well, was poured and stained by the home owner once the design phase of his project was complete.

This award-winning and intimate cottage was rebuilt on the site of a deteriorating outbuilding. Doubling as a custom jewelry studio and guest retreat, the cottage’s timeless design was inspired by old National Parks rough-stone shelters that the owners had fallen in love with. A single living space boasts custom built-ins for jewelry work, a Murphy bed for overnight guests, and a stone fireplace for warmth and relaxation. This gorgeous modern farmhouse features hardie board board and batten siding with stunning black framed Pella windows. The soffit lighting accents each gable perfectly and creates the perfect farmhouse.

The mudroom runs alongside of the rear patio, linking the kitchen to the original coach house that was on the property. The coach house was converted into a garage and a home theater. The mudroom features ample, easily accessible storage to organize clutter before it has the chance to reach into the rest of the house. Likewise a stacked washer and dryer (which complement those in the main laundry room on the second floor) capture muddy uniforms and the like. Closed cabinets hold additional coat storage, brooms, and cleaning supplies. A frosted glass panel door can close off views to the mudroom from the kitchen.
