A luxurious design of a Plastic Surgical Center in Al Ras Al Khaimah UAE Dubai, The design task was to create a Medical Center that's moved away from the traditional medical feeling and more boutique hospitality. 4 months of intense work in collaboration with 4 Doctors and administration. I'm very proud of this work.

3,800sf, 4 bdrm, 3.5 bath with oversized 4 car garage and over 270sf Loggia; climate controlled wine room and bar, Tech Room, landscaping and pool. Solar, high efficiency HVAC and insulation was used which resulted in huge rebates from utility companies, enhancing the ROI. The challenge with this property was the downslope lot, sewer system was lower than main line at the street thus requiring a special pump system. Retaining walls to create a flat usable back yard. 12th Street Residence is a residential gut renovation in New York City. The project combined two existing apartments into one spacious, light-filled space, providing comfortable living areas as well as prominent surfaces for art display. The firm worked closely with the client to create moments throughout the residence that would best display their vast and sophisticated art collection. The client had a strong vision for clean and functional spaces that would balance the art, and our program proposal provided maximum efficiency while our details helped convey the simplicity desired. Our services included filing at the Department of Buildings for the combination of both apartments while maintaining the Certificate of Occupancy, and hands-on construction administration that helped the project meet its budget and schedule goals.

We created a salon suites concept design for them that they can use a runway area to maximize the use, closed office suites, retail display , photoshoot place, a cafe' and a kitchen. We carried our construction documents set through permitting. We assisted them during construction with construction administration services. The National Tourism Administration awarded it as the national 5A class tourist attractions. dassoXTR used in decking, outdoor chair, trash can, bench, and corridor. There are 20,000 square meters. it began in 2010 and finished in 2011.

Fort Detrick, Frederick, Maryland - Project Cost: $25,000,000 - Size: 38,000 SF two-story BSL-2 laboratory/administrative building and 1,120 SF one-story entry control point building. - Notable Features: LEED Gold, EPAct compliance; fully integrated BIM in REVIT; SCIF per DCID 6/9 compliance; SIPRNET; DOD ATFP compliance; Intrusion Detection System (IDS); CCTV, Card Access and Employee Tracking; Design-Build project. - Project Summary: Alphatec provided total A/E services for the design and new construction for a highly secure NBMRDL including laboratory programming and planning for molecular, immunology, vaccine, genomics, and operations laboratories, as well as select agent preparation and storage rooms. The project was presented to and approved by the Garrison Property Planning Board.
