The first thing anyone sees when visiting your home is your driveway. Most driveways are plain gray concrete without any added finishes or textures. However, for a very reasonable price, you can add a touch of luxury. Stamped concrete and exposed aggregate finishes are a great way to give your driveway and property curb appeal. Not only do they come in a variety of patterns and colors, but they also provide a long-lasting surface that requires little maintenance.
Many of our customers come to us because their driveways have cracked and crumbled. Unfortunately, their driveways were created with little focus on doing the job right. Diehl Concrete is a locally owned small business that focuses on creating an aesthetically pleasing product that is also long lasting. We can replace your driveway with a quality aggregate, stamped, or traditional broom finish, which can make a huge difference in your home’s appearance.
With over 15 years in the concrete business, Diehl Concrete would be a great choice for your concrete driveway renovation. We take great pride in preparing and finishing all concrete projects, using only quality concrete products. The owner, Ryan Diehl, is personally involved with each and every project. Call today and he will evaluate your current driveway, answer your questions, and provide a free quote.

Our client contracted us to design and build a functional and interesting water front project that had to be family friendly!! They wanted a cozy fire pit area that also contained a 3 piece natural rock bubbler. They also wanted a spa area with lounger space for sunbathing as well as a beach area for sandcastles and beach toy storage. No expense was spared with a custom pergola, natural rock retaining and steps as well as landscape lighting and well placed trees and shrubs. Concrete edge and aggregate beds make for a low maintenance dream yard!!

A great example of a front yard makeover that turns a simple sloped front yard with old dead grass and a couple of trees into a functional, beautiful stepped yard that still incorporates some grass but also stepped raised planters, natural rock, and wide substantial concrete steps and sitting areas for tremendous curb appeal!!!

Our client wanted to be “wowed” and drawn from the home into the outdoor living space. As artists, they wanted a unique design that would transition from a more intimately situated pool close to the home out into their expansive property highlighting their view. From the sand colored aggregate on the beach entry to the hand-made glass tile on the pool, spa and catch basin, every detail was taken into consideration to complement the existing home and landscape.
This pool won a SILVER International and a BRONZE Region Design award
The materials used on this project include a Versailles pattern Travertine decking, Lunada Bay glass tile, Travertine coping, MicroFusion exposed aggregate interior finish, Sand in beach entry, Tahoe in pool, spa and catch basin/grotto, Zodiac Jandy pool equipment.

This was the last house on the block to get landscaped and had absolutely no access. We had to hire a crane to both bring in machines and pallets of materials as well as bring back out our machines on the final day. Crazy but worked perfectly!!! Natural Rundle rock retaining walls and steps along with concrete edging and landscape lighting with some well thought out plantings made this a truly fun job that was quite unique!

The Winklemans wanted to create a unique entry way experience for their guests without it feeling like a driveway. The use of Natural Stone pavers, and an exposed aggregate finish was the perfect compliment to their home!

The perfect outdoor space to chill and grill. It sits a top washed aggregate concrete floor framed by limestone half columns supporting a cedar cabana.

Design ideas for a mid-century modern drought-tolerant and privacy courtyard wood fence and mulch landscaping in San Francisco.

Another great, simple project with wonderful curb appeal and cost effective for our client. Utilizing concrete edger for ease of maintenance as well as some natural rock for steps and step stones and address rock, we match the natural surroundings without breaking the bank!!

A paver pathway leads to a large fire pit area and also Y's off to the gate at the rear of the yard. We built a cedar pergola over the fire pit area and surrounded the area with some well placed trees and plantings to create some privacy and also a cozy atmosphere!

This walk takes you from the parking/garage to the pool deck. We installed the travertine over an existing aggregate concrete walk. There was an old aggregate concrete patio that we also used for the base of part of the pool deck. The rest of the pool deck's base is a new 4" thick concrete slab.

What a great lakefront project with no expense spared!! A raised sitting area for cozy family moments with powered screens, glass rail as well as custom gas Calcana heaters and 110v power for fridge, blenders, and tunes is the central feature that sets this project apart from many.

The front of this home uses marble stone mixed in with artificial turf along with an exposed aggregate driveway, Kentia palm trees as well as Olive trees.
