Drewett WorksThis Paradise Valley stunner was a down-to-the-studs renovation. The owner, a successful business woman and owner of Bungalow Scottsdale -- a fabulous furnishings store, had a very clear vision. DW's mission was to re-imagine the 1970's solid block home into a modern and open place for a family of three. The house initially was very compartmentalized including lots of small rooms and too many doors to count. With a mantra of simplify, simplify, simplify, Architect CP Drewett began to look for the hidden order to craft a space that lived well.
This residence is a Moroccan world of white topped with classic Morrish patterning and finished with the owner's fabulous taste. The kitchen was established as the home's center to facilitate the owner's heart and swagger for entertaining. The public spaces were reimagined with a focus on hospitality. Practicing great restraint with the architecture set the stage for the owner to showcase objects in space. Her fantastic collection includes a glass-top faux elephant tusk table from the set of the infamous 80's television series, Dallas.
It was a joy to create, collaborate, and now celebrate this amazing home.

Unique Landscapes and Custom PoolsThe gas fire pit is filled with natural lava rock and is easily lit with a turn of the key on the side of the unit, making it easy to enjoy a fire anytime. The cap of the fire pit was crafted from the same travertine as the pool decking.
Custom Storage SolutionsCustom Storage Solutions in Holland, Ohio was hired to design and build Berry a new bar to go with his awesome Man Cave. We made the bar a little over 6 feet long and 22 inches deep, 42 inches tall, just the right size for this space. It has a custom epoxy top, and some L.E.D. lighting that includes a remote to change colors anytime. We also used this same lighting behind the Pegasus sign behind the bar. We also installed our pvc flooring tiles by RaceDeck in a checkerboard pattern. Berry's man cave includes most of the essentials for a space like this, Bar number one, juke box, pool table, plenty of seating and lots of neon signs!

BANDD DESIGNDesigning a kids bathroom isn't always the easiest - especially when its a shared space between a brother and sister! We wanted this bathroom to appeal to both of their tastes while utilizing a design that won't need to be updated anytime soon! Lively pops of deep teal from the vanity and wallpaper were paired with subtle pastel pinks on textiles and hardware. Brass finishes and wooden accents balance out the colorful design and create a cohesive style that suits the kids and parents!
