Finesse, Inc.This client was looking to create a guest bathroom that had more of an "East Coast" feel. The vanity has inset doors and drawers. Wainscoting was added around the entire bathroom. The pony wall was added to the tub to accommodate fixtures to be within reach. One niche was added above the tub and another was added in the shower (away from view). The flooring is a porcelain tile with a wood grain pattern, applied over a full mortar bed and a heating system—perfect for a cold winter morning.

Solid Rock RemodelingAn elastomeric roof restoration is a painted on product. As with any painting project, the key to a successful long lasting finish is the surface preparation. We pressure washed the roof, applied rust-inhibitive primer and liquid tape. We then applied two coats of Acrymax top coat for a durable and beautiful finish. Note: One of the previous coats was red which gives the impression that the rust was more widespread than it actually was.

Student Works PaintingThis garage door needed extensive preparation before it would be ready for paint. Any failing/peeling paint was pressure washed off, and then scraped and sanded before a coat of primer was applied over any bare wood areas. Next, two coats of Ecologic Exterior Semi Gloss Paint was applied to the entire garage door, frame and inset windows.
RescreteThis client has existing exposed pebble concrete. Rescrete and the client came up with the solution to modernize the space without demo. We applied a smooth custom color micro-cement concrete overlay to all the borders and trim to create a more custom looking concrete. For the remaining exposed pebble concrete, Rescrete simply pressure washed and applied a light masonry sealer to maintain a natural patina with a refreshed look.

HufftThe organic shape of the surrounding trees contrasts the hard-lined form of the home. To the right, a photo studio is clad in pre-cast concrete. The large front door defines the central entry. To the left, the great room is screened by perforated metal.
Heavy Metal is a contemporary take on the Miesian courtyard house, in a rural setting. In this instance, the courtyard is created as much by the landscaping and vegetation as it is by the architecture.

All flooring was removed and all rotten joists were replaced. New plywood installed and liquid rubber deck coating was applied over the plywood.
