This living room is comes straight to you from the Milan Furniture Fair, April 2014 and is the latest collection from Giorgio. The Lifetime suite of living room furniture comes wrapped in leather, printed in armadillo grain. The tables are topped in a high grade black marble and oil rubbed bronze base. This collection is still fresh and has not been made available to the public yet, but we expect great reception when it does.

Since the new deck was over 40’ long, we also installed two stunning custom inlays (one on the pergola deck and one on the pool deck), to add interest and aesthetics. Taking convenience, and comfort, a step further — the new deck also includes large steps for easy entry with one step down to the pool deck apron. Since the deck is low-to-grade and does not need railings by code, we added a custom radius bench in order to help define the corner.

This is a fantastic outdoor living space. The wrap around pool deck was built in Oakville by our franchise there. The material is Clubhouse vinyl decking. The outdoor BBQ area has some nice stone facing and a waterproof roof.

We built the beautiful hardscapes with pavers from Oberfields. The patio features Oberfields’ Earth blend Lexington pavers from their Americana Collection. The charcoal border, made with Oberfield’s concrete pavers, is a nice contrast to the patio’s field of Earth tones. The wood-burning fire pit is made of Oberfield’s Edington Dimensional blocks in the Cuyahoga color, and we used Rosetta Dimensional Coping for the fire pit’s top ledge.

Notable decor elements include: Textured bed linens by Ann Gish, swivel chair by Restoration hardware, and a bespoke room divider in Phillip Jeffries Desert Dunes wallpaper in Coachella Sands.

While you may have heard that pergolas don’t always provide ample shade, this pergola will deliver much more shade than most. The white vinyl pergola, also from Mt. Hope, is designed with angled lathing overhead for the most shade available without a solid covering. The simple presence of the pergola defines the space and also makes the deck more inviting.

In addition to a redecking and deck addition, we constructed a beautiful and low-maintenance Mt. Hope vinyl pergola with a tan finish. Pergolas are ideal for families, who wish for a covered area without adding roof construction. They not only offer partial sun protection but are lovely architectural focal points in any outdoor space. The pergola’s color is also very complementary to the home’s exterior finishes, as well as the new deck. The tan finish offers more of an understated aesthetic than a stark white pergola might. It is a beautiful architectural feature, without overwhelming the space!

The new deck adds functional style to this backyard along with ease of transition from one space to the next. At Archadeck of West Central and Southwest Ohio we build decks for the way our clients want to live outdoors. This means that amenities and details often overlooked by other deck builders command our attention when we sit down to plan and design your ideal deck space. This Centerville deck is a testament of how we listen to your needs and design a deck that addresses those needs to a T!

When we initially met with these Centerville, OH, homeowners to discuss improving their backyard for the better we had a checklist of items they wanted to address. The first was the navigation issues with their existing deck design. Their current deck design made accessibility into other areas of the backyard cumbersome. The second issue was their desire for a low-maintenance deck as their existing one was wooden and showing signs of age and wear. Archadeck of West Central & Southwest Ohio was able to improve both of these concerns with one cohesive and sleek new pool deck design!
