Delightful antique Art Deco flush mount fixture with exposed bulb, dating from the early 1900s and signed by its maker, H.P Inc. The fixture's canopy has a border of concentric circles with a three pronged design featuring stylized foliates. The flush mount is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all necessary attachments for modern installation. The theme of the collection was the sunrise with the radiant rays of the sun. Only straight lines were used to respect the French art Deco Style. In this mantel eveything is about elevation and rising.

This Art Deco Home was originally a single level with a small storage space below. The scope of work was to dig out and add a full 150 SQM basement below including laundry, bathroom, rumpus room and garage with internal access and then add a full master bedroom, ensuite, dressing room suite on top including an outdoor shower and bath.

An extraordinary antique Art Deco skyscraper pendant light, dating from the 1930’s, with its original amber glass ziggurat shade. Found in a home in Chicago, IL, the fixture begins with a foliate enveloped canopy and descends in a chain to a simple fitter. The gorgeous amber skyscraper shade features a fabulous crackled texture and a stepped design of concentric rectangles, finishing in a ziggurat bottom. This light fixture is in excellent condition, and the glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rim. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The pendant measures 7-1/4” wide and 14-1/2” tall (body only), and 30-1/4” long overall. NC1971

This is a striking pair of antique single-arm Art Deco sconces, dating from the 1930’s, and made and signed by Lincoln Manufacturing Co. The sconces are crowned with an abstract design and feature a beautifully incised Art Deco backplate ornamented with skyscraper details, stylized flowers and grooved patterns. A single angular arm extends from the bottom of the backplate to support a decorative candle cup with a scaled spike finial. These wall lamps are in excellent condition with a beautifully aged finish. They have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. The sconces are 11-3/4” tall, 4-5/8” wide, and project 4-3/8” from the wall. NSP935
