This was a complete bathroom remodel for a client who didn’t want to sacrifice aesthetics for durability. With that in mind, we incorporated non-porous surfaces in high-end finishes for a completely modernized room. The centerpiece of the room is the beautiful vanity area. With classic, shaker-style cabinetry and a gorgeous Carrera marble sink, this is an attention-grabbing update. The rest of the room accents the marble sink through complimentary shades in unique textures. Using one color palette with a multitude of luxurious textures is a modern-take on making a space feel inviting, warm, and completely unique. To maximize character in the space, we added custom-made, raised panel wainscoting on the walls. When paired with the modern hexagonal tiles on the floor, the result is full of charm and elegance. Next, we moved the older steel tub to re-work the space and update the quality. The tub was replaced with a premium acrylic bath and wall system in a subway pattern. The pattern gives the look of trendy subway tiles, but without the maintenance required with traditional grout. Our premium acrylic bathroom systems are an advantageous alternative to fiber glass. Acrylic does not stain, does not crack, and is long-lasting in terms of looks and feel. Additionally, our systems incorporate an antimicrobial system for a deep clean, bacteria-resistant finish. This custom design was fun to do and showcases some of our favorite ways to remodel bathrooms. A dream kitchen for the Bold & Beautiful. Deciding to create an open floor plan for this Bayside home renovation meant we would be extending the kitchen into the previous living room, visible as you enter the home. For this exact reason, we wanted to integrate it into the new “Great Room”. Starting off with a dedicated bar area, the underwater wallpaper sets the tone for a transitional welcome to the kitchen. The melody of natural materials, including the 3-sided waterfall edge island, is balanced on the other side by a bar-height quartz for the dine-in kitchen experience. The bar height side provides the perfect place to have a drink or snack, while the counter height side drops to a lower level, adjacent from the stove, allowing for a spacious kitchen. To contrast the lighter two tone countertops, installed were minimal and sleek oversized custom cabinets, with black grain flat doors and matching black hood with horizontal gold accents to go over the Wolf rage. Across the island, houses the SubZero fridge, in floor to ceiling cabinets, laminated in a linen texture that seamlessly blends in with the walls. To finish off the cabinets, peaks of shine provided by the brass edge pulls throughout married perfectly with the attention grabbing brass chandelier floating over the island and gold sconces along the stove wall. The kitchen doesn’t end there! Past the island, the breakfast nook is furnished with a salmon velvet settee and coffee table, perfect for cuddling and having your morning coffee. With completely re-engineered plumbing, beautifully resurfaced pool, and attention-grabbing flourishes that include custom helix torches, color-shifting smart-phone-controlled LED lighting in pool and sauna, and a gorgeous hand-crafted fire pit—we’d say the axiom, “third time’s a charm,” proves true again.

The fresh idea behind its creation was to come up with an attention grabbing, moveable fireplace perfect for arrangement in city lofts and funky contemporary interiors. The horizontal groove pattern on this model is much more intricate than PVT-A4, giving it a distinct look. When paired with a metal pull bar, it creates a transitional and modern aesthetic.
