Styling spaces for both custom interior design and staging projects is one of our superpowers! From coffee tables to bookcases, we love any chance to curate beautiful objects. And the best part about surface styling is that it's easy to change it up and try new things. If the items on your bookshelves have been in the same spots since you first moved in, just gathering cobwebs and dust...then consider just taking everything down and starting from scratch. With or without adding new accessories, re-styling your existing decor items can breathe so much fresh life into your personal home design!

A local to the Myrtle Beach area, Rebecca recently graduated from Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts concentrating in Interior Design. She will be joining the CHD Murrells Inlet design team as a Junior Designer.
Rebecca has had a passion for design since a young age and that passion drives her today. Her designs are inspired by her clients' personalities and their emotional connections to the space. She loves seeing a space come to life and establishing a foundation for her clients that creates a timeless story for years to come.
When not working, Rebecca lives an active and creative lifestyle. As a former tri-sport athlete in high school (soccer, basketball and golf), she still enjoys playing golf and also plays the piano and was classically trained pianist for 10 years. When not on the course or tickling the ivories, you can find her soaking up the sun at the beach with friends and family.

This young man had bought this new house and had never bought furniture to capture his personality or life style. He wanted it casual, comfortable with some sophistication. We gave him a great sectional, wood and iron table and new rug. We added new sconces and two very comfortable swivel chairs for TV viewing. We had the TV mounted over the FP. The lighting is all vintage iron chic. The rugs we added are indoor/outdoor so he has no worries about stains or his dog.

Powder room with glam geometric wallpaper complimented with a vessel sink rustic vanity with riveted hardware. Counter top is quartz Viatera - Truffle. Mirror framed wall mirror.

Another crazy transformation for us with this remodel. It used to be a coat closet with the tiniest toilet and pedestal sink on the other side. Knocking down the wall between the two gave us the real estate to create a nice linear shower and much more open toilet and vanity area. Perfect for right off the clients home office which can be used as an extra bedroom if needed. White beveled subway tile is married nicely with the black and white geometric tile and we think that'll be a relationship for life! The black industrial style shower system gives a nod to a more masculine vibe and the wall mounted faucet with the black vessel bowl sink and toilet is the ultimate touch!

This is the main or primary bedroom we designed for a bachelor's first home. The textured wallpaper in a rich dark chocolate hue instantly added coziness and warmth to the room. We carried the wallpaper 8' up the walls and left the vaulted ceiling white to keep the room from feeling too heavy. A show-stopping industrial-style chandelier in brass is the perfect contrast to the wallpaper. The walnut nightstands, cream boucle curved headboard, plush cream rug, velvet accents, and linen bedding all combine to create a warm and restful environment. A snug reading nook was created with a red velvet chair, modern black floor lamp, and terrazzo accent table. Custom blackout Roman shades enhance sleep. Additional clothing storage was provided with a dark wood dresser for a tone on tone effect against the wallpaper. Leather pulls and black and white photography provide a touch of masculine accents. The small pops of primary colors were the final touches to bring this room to life.

This client is a bachelor who wanted a space that reflected his professional life style in a palette that he loves. His condo (just under 1000 sq ft) was in the original cream & beige 80's feel and we turned it upside down. In the bedroom we painted it a dark, moody grey to offset the large windows that offer lots of natural light. Custom Roman shades where made to offer privacy when wanted. His love of rich dark woods is shown throughout the condo, so we complemented them with bright white bedding, fun lamps, and beautiful artwork that softened the masculine space. The new carpeting throughout the condo adds a wonderful texture in a cool neutral grey tying the entire space together.

Industrial chic, neutrals, comfortable, warm and welcoming for friends and family and loyal pet dog. Custom made hardwood dining table, baby grand piano, linen drapery panels, fabulous graphic art, custom upholstered chairs, fine bed linens, funky accessories, accents of gold, bronze and silver. All make for an eclectic, classic, timeless, downtown loft home for a professional bachelor who loves music, dogs, and living in the city.
