The project’s goal is to introduce more affordable contemporary homes for Triangle Area housing. This 1,800 SF modern ranch-style residence takes its shape from the archetypal gable form and helps to integrate itself into the neighborhood. Although the house presents a modern intervention, the project’s scale and proportional parameters integrate into its context. Natural light and ventilation are passive goals for the project. A strong indoor-outdoor connection was sought by establishing views toward the wooded landscape and having a deck structure weave into the public area. North Carolina’s natural textures are represented in the simple black and tan palette of the facade.

A large 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in New York City’s High Line area exhibits artisanal, custom furnishings throughout, creating a Mid-Century Modern look to the space. Also inspired by nature, we incorporated warm sunset hues of orange, burgundy, and red throughout the living area and tranquil blue, navy, and gray in the bedrooms. Stunning woodwork, unique artwork, and exquisite lighting can be found throughout this home, making every detail in this home add a special and customized look. The bathrooms showcase gorgeous marble walls which contrast with the dark chevron floor tiles, gold finishes, and espresso woods.

Living room - small modern formal and enclosed light wood floor living room idea in Salt Lake City with gray walls, no fireplace and no tv

Custom 4'x5' shower. The Glass Mosaic: Tresses-Water Jet Mosaic interlocking sheets which I had to carefully put together. I put it on Wediboard then hand cut the glass pieces to fit into the 10"x28" space. This was very nerve-wracking since these pieces cost over $1100 not including installing. Bedroom - eclectic bedroom idea

This client wanted her kitchen renovated to increase resale value, as she was shortly planning on putting her house on the market. The renovation process was smooth and organized, and the result was that it went under contract in just three days! We designed an eclectic and sophisticated kitchen which exudes a major wow-factor as soon as you walk into the house. We mixed color and texture with a navy blue island, white and silver patterned backsplash, oversized pendants with a brass finish, and a final touch of beautifully designed hardware. --- Project designed by Miami interior designer Margarita Bravo. Chicago isn’t known for spacious bathrooms, especially in older areas like Ravenswood. But we’re experts in using every inch of a condo’s limited footprint. With that determination, this mini master bath now has a full vanity, shower, and soaking tub with room to spare.
