This colonial home in Penn Valley, PA, needed a complete interior renovation. Working closely with the owners, we renovated all three floors plus the basement. Now the house is bright and light, featuring open layouts, loads of natural light, and a clean design maximizing family living areas. Highlights include: - creating a guest suite in the third floor/attic - installing custom millwork and moulding in the curved staircase and foyer - creating a stunning, contemporary kitchen, with marble counter tops, white subway tile back splash, and an eating nook. A breathtaking hilltop view of the Pacific was the reference point for this dramatic landscape transformation. The Campion Walker team utilized succulents, water falls, textured concrete and steel to integrate the house and the raw untouched land surrounding it.

This kitchen was part of the construction of an entire new house. The clients were looking for a classic, simple design on a budget. We used simple detailing and careful planning to create this space. The moldings and panels are simple, with straight edges. The kitchen opens up to the great room to create one big open space. This bathroom is for the kids! This project was completed with wainscoting on the walls, painted wallpaper that has a modern square texture marble mosaic flooring, and crown molding. The vanity and mirrors were purchased from Pottery Barn, putting the icing on the cake for this bathroom remodel.
