Kettle River detailed and supplied all the exterior timberwork (brackets, posts, railings and corbels) for this 11,000 sq. ft. Tudor mansion. 3D modeling and CNC machining facilitated pre-fabrication of all the intricate components. Expectations for wood quality and workmanship on this $26 million home was very demanding. New cedar pergola with 10" x 10" posts and beams. The corner braces and brackets that tie the pergola to the home are powder coated. Exterior lighting is high output LED with a dimmer switch. Out door ceiling fans are controlled by a separate switch. Hot tub is located on a level part of the stamped & stained concrete.
