This interior handrail has a decorative top rail, 5/8" solid square pickets that were rolled and a flat bar bottom rail. It has a hammered edge with a darkening patina with matte clear coat finish. The top of the newel posts are fabricated from solid plate with hammered edges and darkening patina finish. The post wraps are also flat bar with hammered edge and patina finish. The post on the stair is fabricated all from metal with hammered edges with a darkening patina, matte clear coat finish.

The powder room, adjacent to the mudroom, received a facelift: Textured grass walls replaced black stripes, and existing fixtures were re-plated in bronze to match other elements. Custom light fixture completes the look.

A traditional living room given a fun personality through a bold black, red, and gold color palette. The gold was used as our neutral while the heavy black balanced out the sassy reds. We added in a few accent pieces, such as the gallery style lithograph (as a backdrop to the grand piano) and a transitional floral rug, keeping the very traditional space from feeling too one-dimensional. Project designed by Michigan's Bayberry Cottage, who serve South Haven, Kalamazoo, Saugatuck, St Joseph, & Holland in Michigan.

Timeless elegance is what comes to mind when you see the Liano collection on a white, black and marble background. The Liano Invisi ll toilet suite blends in to the wall, along with the wall hung basin, creating a sense of space and cleanliness.

We took advantage of the double volume ceiling height in the living room and added millwork to the stone fireplace, a reclaimed wood beam and a gorgeous, chandelier. The sliding doors lead out to the sundeck and the lake beyond. TV's mounted above fireplaces tend to be a little high for comfortable viewing from the sofa, so this tv is mounted on an adjustable pull down bracket for use when the fireplace is not turned on.

A beautiful art glass wall plate arrangement with 11 pieces. These are all hand blown by Viz Art Glass and were installed in Omaha, Nebraska.

This classic Victorian home embraces bright colors to create a light, cheery space. In addition to being colorful, this kitchen is functional, with two distinct working sides. Additionally, every cabinet has organizers, dividers, roll outs and tray dividers.

This kitchen was designed by Bilotta senior designer, Randy O’Kane, CKD with (and for) interior designer Blair Harris. The apartment is located in a turn-of-the-20th-century Manhattan brownstone and the kitchen (which was originally at the back of the apartment) was relocated to the front in order to gain more light in the heart of the home. Blair really wanted the cabinets to be a dark blue color and opted for Farrow & Ball’s “Railings”. In order to make sure the space wasn’t too dark, Randy suggested open shelves in natural walnut vs. traditional wall cabinets along the back wall. She complemented this with white crackled ceramic tiles and strips of LED lights hidden under the shelves, illuminating the space even more. The cabinets are Bilotta’s private label line, the Bilotta Collection, in a 1” thick, Shaker-style door with walnut interiors. The flooring is oak in a herringbone pattern and the countertops are Vermont soapstone. The apron-style sink is also made of soapstone and is integrated with the countertop. Blair opted for the trending unlacquered brass hardware from Rejuvenation’s “Massey” collection which beautifully accents the blue cabinetry and is then repeated on both the “Chagny” Lacanche range and the bridge-style Waterworks faucet. The space was designed in such a way as to use the island to separate the primary cooking space from the living and dining areas. The island could be used for enjoying a less formal meal or as a plating area to pass food into the dining area.
