The broad stroke design of this home harkens to sap houses and agricultural structures of the Northeast which inspired the inclusion of a clerestory, cylindrical silo-like stairwell, and site-harvested stone. It was important for the family of five to have a central living space that felt settled and intimate while being able to host guests. The resulting 36’ x 36’ great room is characterized by its “circle in a square” frame that is the core to the overall basket-like structure. Lower volumes are created, and dimensionality is woven in with arched timber brackets and curving lines. Landkamer Art / Avenida Triptych 007 • This series began in a more sparse mode as shown in this piece and was primarily inspired by the swaying California coastal kelp forests. There’s a blog post about that on my site. But an additional layer of meaning was on my mind—a frightening incident when very young where I was pushed off a Minnesota lake dock and needed to be pulled out of the lake quickly as I could not swim. This series references both inspiration moments into one positive healing work. There is the beauty and power of the swaying ocean kelp linked to the turbulence and fright of being knocked into the lake and looking up to the water’s surface from below. Unintentionally the result is uplifting beauty and abundant positive energy for me. Like three frames from a film, the triptych panels communicate with each other. Mastic vinyl siding and GAF roofing gave this Dartmouth, MA raised ranch a top to bottom makeover! The homeowner wanted a maintenance free exterior and chose a combination of Mastic Cedar Discovery and Mastic Carvedwood 44 vinyl siding in the color, Montana Suede. Cedar Discovery was installed on the front of the house and replicates the look of painted cedar shingle siding. Carvedwood 44 vinyl siding was installed on the remaining three sides of the home and is made to look like painted cedar clapboard siding. Both types of vinyl siding come in an extensive collection of colors, textures, and widths to suit every homeowners style and budget. Fabricated on site using a portable break system, we also installed custom, white aluminum trim around all of the windows, doors, and fascia boards. In the early days of the 3d architectural visualisation studio, the focus was on creating photo-realistic images of buildings that didn't yet exist. This allowed potential buyers or renters to see what their future home or office would look like. Nowadays, the role of the 3d architectural visualizer has evolved. While still involved in the sale or rental of property, they are also heavily involved in the design process. By using 3d architectural visualization, architects and designers can explore different design options and make sure that the final product meets the needs of the client. In this blog post, we will take a look at a recent project by a 3d architectural visualizer - the Visualize a Residential Colony in Meridian Idaho. A 3D architectural visualisation is an important tool for architects and engineers. It allows them to create realistic images of their designs, which can be used to present their ideas to clients or investors. The studio Visualize was commissioned to create a 3D visualisation of a proposed residential colony in Meridian, Idaho. The colony will be built on a site that is currently occupied by a golf course. The studio used a variety of software to create the visualisation, including 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Photoshop. The finished product is a realistic and accurate representation of the proposed colony. The 3D visualisation has been used to convince the local authorities to approve the project. It has also been used to help raise investment for the colony.

Gorgeous master bath finished with Dal-Tile's Fabrique porcelain tile in the color Noir Linen polished. Tile size is 12"x24" installed in a brick joint pattern. The floor boasts underfloor heating on a timed thermostat.
