This year we’re seeing a lot of interest in bold colors in general, and greens in particular. When this client came to us with their kitchen remodel, KSI was excited to work with clients that not only wanted to increase organization and functionality in their kitchen, but bring it to life with bold color!

Bathroom - mid-sized farmhouse kids' ceramic tile and white floor bathroom idea in Phoenix with shaker cabinets, turquoise cabinets, gray walls, an undermount sink, quartz countertops and white countertops

This vegetable garden is laid out on rectilinear lines with paths creating a cross-axis. The main path is flanked by raised beds and ornamented by a gateway at each end. The gateways themselves draw the eye through and perhaps out of the garden, but mixed plantings adding colour and texture to the beds invites the viewer to stay and spend some time looking around and enjoying how rich a garden filled with edibles can be.

Traditional master bathroom in need of both form and function update. Aging in place was a primary focus for the project. We changed out a large jacuzzi tub shower combination for large walk-in shower. The shower bench, handheld shower and grab bar make shower use universal. Lighted mirrors and an articulating shaving mirror boost visibility in the vanity area. Marble tile, both Carrara and Bardiglio, in various shapes add to the overall luxurious feel in the bathroom.
