Request Free QuoteThe approach to the front door happens quickly on this small site. So the front walk was designed to intentionally slow the visitor and take a little time to arrive with it’s indirect “L” shape. The brick paving involves the visitor as well with its detailed zig-zag (herringbone) pattern.

These homeowners wanted to maintain their home's existing tropical mediterranean vibes, so we enhanced their space with accenting multi-tone pavers. These paving stones are rich in color and texture, adding to the existing beauty of their home. Artificial turf was added in for drought tolerance and low maintenance. Landscape lighting flows throughout the front and the backyard. Lastly, they requested a water feature to be included on their private backyard patio for added relaxation and ambiance.

This coffee table is clearly not used for coffee – nor does it actually have to be. What’s the star in this scene? This large geode-like agate rock of course – absolutely gorgeous! “No two are alike,” designer MaRae Simone says. “You shouldn’t want what everybody else has. I want you to be the only one with something like this.” Indeed, MaRae is a big fan of rocks like these for a reason. This family room at Deja View Villa, a Caribbean Vacation Rental in St. John USVI is a fantastic multi purpose room! Seven can sleep in this luxurious bunk room that doubles as a family room and media room. It features five Twin XL bunks and one King bunk on the right side. Color is the design theme of this room with the 17' long Italian blue leather sectional sofa, Caribbean blue pool table, orange curtains, Louisiana tongue and groove cypress on the ceiling and lime green walls.
