Hand Painted Mural The hand painted mural is reminiscent of a Verdure tapestry. Trees branch up and over door frames. The movement of the painting follows the line of the staircase. The task of climbing the stairs is transformed into a pleasant walk on the forest path.

The emerald green Lillian August chest set the tone for the rest of the home as it was situated in the foyer. This was the "must have" piece of furniture that the client fell in love with. The client wanted to keep the existing Dining Furniture. Here is the AFTER of the new "dresser" wall! We actually found this beautiful buffet/sideboard, and loved the worn grey painted finish and the metal fretwork on the doors. In order to hide clothing in it, we added linen panels in the same fabric as the headboard to the inside of the doors. We added these more contemporary lamps and the deep orange ceramic bowl to accent the top. This mirror was actually a 1/2 price Hobby Lobby find that was perfect for the space above the dresser, with its burlap mat and aged grey wood frame!
