This rich formal dining room is the perfect mix of elegance and eclectic design. Not to mention the built-in art piece that is interactive - the wine vault.

The Master Suite is simple and stunning featuring a king size bed which captures your attention with the pine trunks on a stand which serve as bedside tables. The natural palm branches strung together with woven rattan create interesting lamps with burlap shades. The window treatments are woven wood shades which add privacy and light control to the room. The wool rug with the beige and taupe stripe help to bring the whole look together.

Being our most traditional fixture, Frank Carfaro and I worked to design a piece that embraced both Cerno and Desiron’s aesthetic, without deviating too much from either brand’s design language. I am really leased with the fluidity, posture and scale we achieved with the Forma.

Everything in this room was chosen and created for its multi functional talents including the lift top coffee table. In small spaces it is hard accommodate multiple people, so to help we created a murphy bed out of old pallets. To solidify the look of the space we finished them by painting them with a gray and white wash technique. When the murphy bed is in its upright position the furniture moves back to its rightful spaces and the pallets double as a great space to feature artwork. What a great way for you and your guests to take advantage of the ocean views!

We replaced the owner's dark, rectangular coffee table with a more airier, still rustic looking, yet modern piece. The Light Boucle Accent Chair came in place of a much bulkier dark brown leather recliner. To complete the look, we added a black framed mirror, a jute rug, and throws, pillows and accents in white and black palette. Two Oversized Abstract Art pieces in white and nude placed side by side on the existing white burlap wall added a much needed sense of spaciousness and light to the previously dark, crammed looking space.
