Design ideas for a landscaping in New York for fall.

This modern outdoor living space mere blocks from the beach is replete with all of the best staycation features. There is a cozy, yet refined screened patio space with a glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) wrapped spa that is situated opposite a Wolf-equipped outdoor dining and seating area. A custom GFRC fireplace with GFRC mantel connects the areas, while providing a touch of privacy. Through the retractable screens, a pair of Restoration Hardware chaise lounge chairs call for a sunning session. To beat the heat our clients can retreat to the pool and recline on the end-to-end sun shelf. Artificial turf and a stretch of Mexican beach pebble frame the pool and generous porcelain coping. Aloe, hibiscus, bamboo muhly, cabbage palms and other tropical landscaping enhance the modern beach aesthetic.

This zen inspired vegetable garden is so beautiful and unique! Our customer was beyond thrilled when she was the final product, and so were we!
Enter through the gate and guide yourself down the spiral path that lets you see and have access to every inch of the garden. There are so many veggies this family will be enjoying fresh harvests well into fall! The flowers planted around the garden on the outside of the fence provide so much vibrant color they definitely won't need to buy any store made bouquets this year!

The York Garden was all about symmetry. WildRoots redesigned this green space using existing plants, improving the growing conditions by enriching the soil and removing bricks that were buried below the planting surface and adding dwarf spruce and ornamental cabbage.

As summer turns to fall and the temperature and collective mood both shift to “sweater weather,” summer annuals can be replaced with autumn tones and textures. This purple, white, and pink cottage garden was due for a fall refresh. The changeover is both functional and aesthetic: hearty annuals that are built for cooler temps also bring richer, earthier, jewel-toned hues that evoke the feeling of fall. Here we let annual salvia stick around from summer, as its deep blue-purple spires echo the shape of feathery perennial grasses, and will anchor and transition the garden’s color palette into autumn. Magenta spikes of celosia dance in the background, and periwinkle, pink, and violet asters, along with plum mums, electric purple pansies, and dusty blue-purple cabbages form layers of textured color for a charming, cozy cottage look.

Blocks the Effects of Light
CAVEA is the world’s first glass cellar designed for aging wines.
The glass composition is a result of long-term research. Its construction differs from the rest, with multiple filters that are overlapped in a precise order. This combination ensures that the glass will protect the wine from the damaging effects of light.
Actually, light initiates many chemical reactions.
The light’s shortest wavelengths – UV rays – are mostly responsible for light strike, a condition that produces an unpleasant aroma of boiled cabbage and cooked onions. Natural light and even fluorescent light found in markets and wine shops can spoil the wine’s aroma in less than a week.
The light’s longest wavelengths – infrared rays – will heat the wine inside the bottle, causing irreversible damage.
CAVEA protects the wine against all types of rays.
Recreates the same efficient performances found in natural cellars all within a glass-enclosed wine cellar.
