Once a warehouse, bustling with activity. Now, the activity comes in the form of its many residences, following a multi-million-dollar renovation that converted the space into luxury penthouse suites and apartments. And though the top floor apartments afford the homeowner a great view the grey air-conditioning unit at the end of each stretch leave a little bit to be desired. Up high, a real wall would no doubt struggle to survive the wind and would certainly be too heavy to mount onto the existing wall.

This custom wine bar was crafted entirely on-site for a client who had an antique church pulpit that he wanted to incorporate into the bar. With ample storage area and shelving for glassware, the end result was a bar that showcases his wine collection as well as the beautiful intricacies of the pulpit. Kaihani wanted to create a space that reminded her of Hawaii. A vacation getaway in her own backyard. We revamped the pool, adding a flowing water feature and glowing stones. We resurfaced the deck with hardy Ipe wood and travertine. And we created a cozy seating area next to an elegant fire pit. To get to Hawaii, Kaihani only has to step out her back door. It's breath taking...it's like being back home in Hawaii. Melissa Wright
