Inspiration for a large contemporary porcelain tile dining room remodel in Los Angeles with white walls and no fireplace

A large outdoor living area addition that was split into 2 distinct areas-lounge or living and dining. This was designed for large gatherings with lots of comfortable seating seating. All materials and surfaces were chosen for lots of use and all types of weather. A custom made fire screen is mounted to the brick fireplace. The family room, with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean, reflects casual coastal living. Weathered candlesticks, jute, and coral all nod to the sea, while the blue spindle occasional chairs give the room a traditional balance and a pop of color. Defining a sense of place is a work of art by a team of excellent players(BPC architects and Cross Rip Builders) and the homeowner that bring their clear senses of who they are to the program is exquisitely interpreted here.

Balcony - mid-sized coastal balcony idea in Miami with a roof extension

Location: Nantucket, MA, USA This classic Nantucket home had not been renovated in several decades and was in serious need of an update. The vision for this summer home was to be a beautiful, light and peaceful family retreat with the ability to entertain guests and extended family. The focal point of the kitchen is the La Canche Chagny Range in Faience with custom hood to match. We love how the tile backsplash on the Prep Sink wall pulls it all together and picks up on the spectacular colors in the White Princess Quartzite countertops. In a nod to traditional Nantucket Craftsmanship, we used Shiplap Panelling on many of the walls including in the Kitchen and Powder Room. We hope you enjoy the quiet and tranquil mood of these images as much as we loved creating this space. Keep your eye out for additional images as we finish up Phase II of this amazing project! This contemporary deck off the kitchen features vibrant orange wire dining chairs paired with concrete benches and dining tabletops supported by black metal legs. A sliding glass door with black trim connects the indoor and outdoor spaces, while a black metal awning provides shade and architectural interest. Inspiration for a transitional kitchen/dining room combo remodel in Philadelphia with white walls

This dining room was built around an artisan table that was a prized possesion of the clients. It was made entirely without nails by a Seattle artist. To compliment the table, Alexandra Rae created a room in the vein of master Mid Century furniture makers. The brass chandelier, carved floating buffet and tufted velvet saber leg chairs subtly nod to Mad Men chic. Details like the sculptural vases, hand carved candle sticks and poured concrete lamps ground the space with the same post modern artisanal personality of the dining table

This dining room combines modern, rustic and classic styles. The colors are inspired by the original art work placed on the accent wall. Dining room accessories are understated to compliment the dining room painting. Custom made draperies complete the look. Natural fabric for the upholstery chairs is selected to work with the modern dining room rug. A rustic chandelier is high above the dining room table to showcase the painting.
