Those centuries old foundation Slabs were once the thick building blocks of old villas & farmhouses. Those blocks could be found at the bottom support base of many older reclaimed structures. We are passionate about milling them down to 2.5" in thickness so they could be used on counters and pool copings. Yes counters! Those thick & massive chucks of Limestone absorb nothing and can stand up to anything you can throw at them.
Virtually indestructible, they are ideal for anyone who is a great cook and who doesn’t want to worry about leaving wine rings, lime juice or oil stains on their counters while cooking or entertaining guests.
If you practically live in your kitchen which is true for many of us, you have no choice but to consider incorporating the foundation slabs as your kitchen countertops.
Make your kitchen fun and enjoy the best countertops available on earth by securing some of those slab cuts today.

The dropped deck on this Caribbean vacation rental, Deja View in St. John US Virgin Islands was the answer to opening the V I E W! This ordinary rectangular pool was converted into a modern infinity edge pool. Beautiful Dominican Republic Coral Stone covers the deck for over 5,000 sq. feet. Coral stone was a great choice since it stays cool to the touch and the porous nature is not a problem in the Caribbean where it never freezes. The freezing of wet, porous surfaces can cause expansion and cracking. Deja View sleeps up to 17 guests, so we created many seating and lounging areas in and out of the sun. The Jaccuzzi is sunken down into the deck in the corner providing open views of the Caribbean, St. Croix and St. Thomas. Many textures were used in the building materials including glass tile, white pebble rocks, redwood, coral stone and dry stack rock.

We gave the garden a patio a modernized coastal design. With large lounge chairs and day beds, unique sun umbrellas, and vibrant blues, yellows, and oranges, we were able to create a cheerful and relaxing space for these clients.

The design objective for this Caribbean Vacation Rental, Deja View in St. John USVI was to open the view from the pool to the Caribbean sea! The original rectangular pool was renovated into an infinity edge style. Lowering the front deck four feet below the pool creates a true open view from pool water to ocean water! No Caribbean Villa would be complete without the Villa name proudly tiled on the bottom of the pool! Blue and green glass tiles are used throughout the pool including the logo, steps, benches and sunken bar stools as well as the 9" splash line and entire infinity edge falls. Synthetic grass and coral stone tiles create the checkered upper deck.
