Double-hung corner windows bring in the natural light and create the perfect lookout from this spacious nook. The homeowners gained space and comfort replacing a radiator with Uponor Aquapex Joist Track Radiant in-floor heat. They also appreciate the new electrical sub-panel and wiring for the Bosch induction range, appliance circuits and lighting.

Working with LaDyne Design, we framed out this TV wall and installed these custom rustic boxes made by Madera Furniture out of reclaimed Doug fir. Each niche has a recessed, dimmable, LED light to illuminate the artwork. We also used large panels of the same rustic, Doug fir to box out the porticos on both sides of the TV Wall. We ran electrical circuits for outlets and lighting as well as HDMI cables.

Throughout the house we've set lighting scenes, both to save on light switches and to make the most out of every single light in the house - which certainly wouldn't happen if every light was controlled by its own switch.
