This bright kitchen is functional AND beautiful with its stunning color scheme of white, turquoise and yellow. The 3 white shade pendant lights hanging over the island with turquoise barstools in front is a wonderful picture of symmetry.

Along with Konrady & Son Construction, we transformed the master suite, eliminating the soaking tub and replacing it with a fully custom walk-in shower complete with a Rohl rainfall showerhead and frameless glass door. With functionality resolved, we needed a style direction and for the art-loving clients with bold taste, a classic, French-inspired scheme was an obvious choice. The vanity (not pictured) was designed around the client’s vintage chair and art deco pendant hanging above.

Capped with white marble countertops, a rich blue vanity with faux bamboo detailing is the centerpiece of this bejeweled powder room. Gold detailing abounds from the hand painted ceiling to the gleaming faucet and cabinet hardware. Continuing the gold theme, a pair of antiqued brass sconces flank an elegant Venetian mirror. A glass beaded light fixture sparkles from above, illuminating the shimmering metallics of the aqua tree patterned wallpaper while a rug in shades of deep teal covers the walnut stained floor. This classic contemporary Living room is brimming with simple elegant details, one of which being the use of modern open shelving. We've decorated these shelves with muted sculptural forms in order to juxtapose the sharp lines of the fireplace stone mantle. Incorporating open shelving into a design allows you to add visual interest with the use of decor items to personalize any space!

This couple wanted to update their tired, old space into a bright and beautiful dream kitchen. Working with our design team, they created an amazing new space that went above and beyond what they could have imagined. The kitchen needed to flow seamlessly to their open living area and needed to incorporate the old with the new. We kept as many original details as possible, but gave everything a fresh new look. The sleek white cabinets and quartz counter-top mix effortlessly with the warm navy blue lower cabinets and detailed scalloped tile backsplash. The neutral floor anchors the room and keeps your eyes drawn to the upper-half of the light-filled space. These days, what’s old is new again, and using brass accents really makes this kitchen on trend. The pendent lighting and drawer pulls add a touch of elegant, classic nostalgia to the space. All these details come together to give this kitchen a subtle nautical feel which brings the home owners much joy.
