This sunroom was painted a soft silver gray. The dated and stained furniture was slipcovered with inexpensive fabric. Bright colorful pillows were placed. Larger colorful art went on the walls. A colorful pouf replaced the dated oak coffee table. The urn was removed when we updated the foyer, but it worked better in this space.

After 15 months vacant and unsold, this property was staged. The first buyer who looked at it after staging bought it.

Comfortable dining in upholstered chairs with a view of the woods outside. The rustic wood chandelier echoes the rustic wood beams and kitchen cabinetry in keeping with the natural materials throughout.

Complete remodel design involving relocation of appliances, entry door and windows. Green remodel using predominantly salvaged materials. Cabinets salvaged from multiple places and SubZero salvaged from yet another source were unified with paint and knobs.

This compact space crams a lot of functions as a mudroom and sitting room as well as a bar for entertaining large crowds. The natural elements relate to the wooded setting.

The landing area at the top of the stairs leads to the master bedroom. The space was used as an ante-chamber to the master, providing a cozy seating area.
