After painting the space a putty color and rearranging the furniture, this area felt much brighter and more current with a much broader appeal to more buyers. The chandelier had been in the breakfast room, but we swapped the fixtures for better proportion and white "hats" replaced the 80's glass hurricane globes.

This living room had been used as a playroom. (See before photo.) To prep for sale, we brought in the sofa and chair/ottoman from other rooms in the house and then I brought lots of staging accessories to pull colors together and add drama. The house sold immediately!
