Located in Estero, Florida, Verdana Village is a new planned community that offers a wide range of amenities and outdoor activities for residents. With its proximity to beautiful beaches and the peaceful Estero River, the community is a popular choice for families seeking a vibrant and active lifestyle.

These include both indoor and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a versatile movement studio, and a convenient full-service café for residents to enjoy.
Design Solution:
To provide much-needed shade for pool deck users, Azenco was commissioned to design and install a series of durable and elegant 8’ x 8’ pool pergola structures. With no limitations on where the pergolas could be placed, the team focused on selecting the most robust and visually appealing options.
The Azenco R-SHADE system was chosen for its insulated fixed roof panels, effectively blocking the sun's rays and providing respite from passing showers. Additionally, the hidden gutter system of the R-SHADE ensures that rainwater is efficiently channeled away from the pergola space, keeping guests dry and comfortable during their stay.

Base Cabinet Pullouts:
This is a multilevel storage system that usually has two shelves, but is available in up to three shelving levels. Store pots, pans, and even small counter appliances that are easily accessible and within arms-reach. Pullout shelving eliminates the inconvenience of fighting through the first layer of kitchen items and makes valuable use of storage space in the back of the cabinet.
Again we use solid wood dovetail box wall construction with plywood bases all UV finished. 100 lb full extension ball bearing glides are used that allow you to get to the items in the back of the rollout.

Chicagoland Home Products continually exceeds customer expectations by delivering the best storage solutions, so, it is not shocking to find them helping a client in Glen Ellyn surprise his wife with a custom built-in project.
CHP’s customer wanted to surprise his wife with a special entertainment center. It needed to house books and receivers on the upper sections. Eight shelves provided exactly what he, and, maybe, more importantly, she was looking for.
Below the shelves, storage cabinets provide room to hide all the things that would create clutter. A perfect surface, with conveniently placed hook ups, set the scene for entertainment. Below the platform for television or other devices, more cabinets wait to do what Chicagoland Home Products does best, provide space for organization and storage.
All this would be helpful even if it didn’t look good but, CHP always makes sure their projects look great. This was no exception, with the white shaker fronts, crown and base molding, and round polished chrome knobs. Top it off with white panel backing and the customization of this entertainment center is complete.
Keep in mind that, if you don’t like shaker or white or polished chrome knobs, CHP will provide what you prefer.
Your project doesn’t have to be a surprise. CHP, you, your child, a significant other can all collaborate on your storage, window treatment and closet solutions.

The first Net Zero Minto Dream Home:
At Minto Communities, we’re always trying to evolve through research and development. We see building the Minto Dream Home as an opportunity to push the boundaries on innovative home building practices, so this year’s Minto Dream Home, the Hampton—for the first time ever—has been built as a Net Zero Energy home. This means the home will produce as much energy as it consumes.
Carefully considered East-coast elegance:
Returning this year to head up the interior design, we have Tanya Collins. The Hampton is based on our largest Mahogany design—the 3,551 sq. ft. Redwood. It draws inspiration from the sophisticated beach-houses of its namesake. Think relaxed coastal living, a soft neutral colour palette, lots of light, wainscotting, coffered ceilings, shiplap, wall moulding, and grasscloth wallpaper.
* 5,641 sq. ft. of living space
* 4 bedrooms
* 3.5 bathrooms
* Finished basement with oversized entertainment room, exercise space, and a juice bar
* A great room featuring stunning views of the surrounding nature

The remodel of this home included the entire main floor of this Forest Heights traditional home. The kitchen and breakfast nook shines with a clean, fresh, neutral palette leaving a beautiful backdrop for art and furnishings (furnishings completed by Amy Troute). But don’t let it’s neutrality fool you, it is not short on design details and smart storage! The island was designed to stand as a furniture piece in the room, with base cabinets pulled off the floor and legs capped with brass! Storage solutions include ample drawer space, blind corner pull-out, pantry pull-out, and plenty of sheet/tray vertical storage!

Finding just the right tray just got easier with the roll-out tray organizer.

These empty-nesters were looking to create a brighter and less cluttered kitchen for entertaining. The designer began with simplifying the space, while giving more storage solutions. An extra-long island was created to create a large base for entertaining. A separate bar was inserted for appetizers and drinks to generate a better flow within the kitchen. Finally, over-head and under-cabinet lighting was added to animate the space well into the night.
