This dimensional-cut flagstone patio was finished quickly and beautifully with Romex resin jointing mortar. No cement residue, and little-to-no risk of sand failures for years to come - the big benefit over conventional methods for both homeowner and contractor. No need for call backs!

This intimate townhouse garden features a combination of rich, contrasting materials - Jerusalem limestone, New Yangtze limestone from China, cedar, and copper - layered to create a vibrant contemporary garden. Improvements include a lap pool and fountain, terraces, custom security fence and railings, copper wall and lush plantings. Various site constraints were overcome through extensive collaboration with the architect, builder, and contractors. This work included excavation and construction of a swimming pool on the land-locked property and the installation of a specimen Magnolia, requiring the tree to be craned over the residence, a span over 100 feet. nice view to the golf course from the deck and stone patio , the back of the yard sloped away from the house making it very difficult to walk so we build s masonry retaining wall and put in a very nice out door area to enjoy the mornings , evenings and why not the golfers trying their best.

A new home needs some time for the landscape to mature, however this house backs onto a greenbelt, so the clients have nature at their door step. An avid gardener and nature lover, this client asked for a lap pool, outdoor shower, patio area, veggie garden and outdoor kitchen area. She received everything plus a water feature and a small pool house with a powder room. Materials include natural stone walls & raised planter, sand-etch concrete and patio slab inlays. Metal containers are used for the veggie garden in the side yard.
