A patio umbrella serves as the crowning jewel in this very diverse outdoor space. A handcrafted set of 14 deck stairs leads to the upper outdoor dining area and adjacent conversation area. The flagstone patio below provides the perfect setting for the built-in firepit that serves as a great gathering space for quiet evenings of burning embers against the cool evening sky.

Situated below towering palms on a tumbled travertine paver deck is a beautiful pool-side lounging area. Whether enjoyed by day or night, the area’s appointments include multiple contemporary chaise lounges positioned near a textural Norstone stone wall. Following the overall project’s circular theme, a 4’ diameter round opening within the lounge area wall offers a view into an outdoor hearth and sculpture hide away. An adjacent stone bench is featured on one of the raised natural planting structures. The eighteen inch high seat bench was cladded with stucco and painted to match the house. The gently curved profile of the Ola cabinet creates a dramatic home theater. The cabinet features substantial top and bottom panels and curved glass doors that appear to wrap around the sides of the cabinet. The open center compartment has an adjustable shelf for use with a speaker, media or additional components. Features include grey tinted glass doors that are IR-remote compatible, hidden wheels for ease of movement, and flow-through ventilation to keep components cool.

All-white kitchens have always been popular, and this classic eat-in kitchen makes it abundantly clear why. In the center of the eat-in kitchen, highly polished granite covers the massive island, which provides ample space for food prep and cooking. A Monogram 36" electric cooktop has a sleek and simple look that fits right in with the easy elegance of the kitchen. Above the cooktop, a glass canopy hood adds a striking architectural highlight.

Complete bathroom remodel in a pre-war building. MyHome removed the existing tub, converting it into a sleek white subway tiled shower with sliding glass door and chrome accents. A floating wall mounted white lacquer vanity and large dark gray tile floor completes the modern transformation.
