The kitchen is done in very conservative but contemporary style and color palette. The style accent of the entire space is stainless steel kitchen cabinets and shelves along east wall designed specially according to the owner’s specifications.

Water conserving plants mixed with moss rock fill the planting areas. They were selected to look decent year round - this is a winter shot with all the plants semi-dormant.

You would never know this bathroom is over 20 years old! In the spirit of conserving the budget as well as our environment - we gave the vanity new life with new doors, drawer fronts, hardware and fresh paint! The black fixtures add an elegant "punch" to the space. Custom quartz countertops, new flooring, and unique tile pattern round out the renovation!
