This is our very first Four Elements remodel show home! We started with a basic spec-level early 2000s walk-out bungalow, and transformed the interior into a beautiful modern farmhouse style living space with many custom features. The floor plan was also altered in a few key areas to improve livability and create more of an open-concept feel. Check out the shiplap ceilings with Douglas fir faux beams in the kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom. And a new coffered ceiling in the front entry contrasts beautifully with the custom wood shelving above the double-sided fireplace. Highlights in the lower level include a unique under-stairs custom wine & whiskey bar and a new home gym with a glass wall view into the main recreation area.

For this finished basement we did the design, engineering, remodeling, and installations. The basement was finished to a basic level by the builder. We designed and custom-built the wet bar, the wine cellar, the reclaimed wood beams, all the stonework and the new dividing wall. We also added the mirrored niches for the liquor display just outside the wine cellar and which are visible by the bar. We repaired the floor in places where needed.

This beautiful kitchen has a lot to boast about! The teak countertop, the big farmhouse sink, and the contrasting island color combine to make a beautiful workspace. The cabinets are from Medallion's platinum line which basically means the doors are inset. The door style i s Bayshore. The main kitchen is the Divinity finish, the island is done in the Marine finish. Inset doors are not on Mike's go-to list as any change in humidity may result in subtle swelling or shrinking of the doors resulting in a place where the door rubs off the finish as it opens or where the gap between the door and frame increases. If you're good with that wearing, then it is indeed a beautiful look!

While retaining the same basic footprint, this smaller size kitchen received an incredible makeover from floor to ceiling, giving it an open, airy feel in stark contrast to its original dark decor. Complete remodel of a kitchen and dining room. The room was opened up to create a large open floor plan. A coffered ceiling was added giving the room an elegant feel. The white shaker cabinets complimented by the polished Sea Pearl Quartzite kept the pallet light and airy. The multi colored mosaic tile at the far end of the kitchen creates a great focal point. The Satin English Gold faucets and the Honey Bronze hardware contrast nicely without being overbearing on the white cabinets. The wood flooring keep the large open space warm and welcoming. Finished with a beautiful chandelier and two coordinating pendants over the island this is a kitchen anyone would love to cook in.

A gorgeous built-in goes way beyond the basic bedroom dresser. This unit incorporates the functions of an entertainment center, multiple dressers, bookshelves and closets, into one seamless design. Shown in our Forterra Artic White finish with raised paneled drawer fronts. Elegant drawer pulls, contrasting mocha tops, stately crown molding, and varied drawer heights and depths make this unique unit "master bedroom worthy".

This bedroom needed lots of help all around. There was damage to the walls, it needed a new paint job and the window treatments were basic room darkening shades. Finally the homeowner had no furnishings for this room except for a king size mattress. Gave the walls a fresh coat of paint and wall papered two of the walls to draw you into the room. Selected a bedroom set with a grey weathered finished and antique brass accents - the grey to coordinate with the existing window shades and ceiling fan and the antique brass to compliment the pops of gold in the wallpaper. Added sheer window panels to frame the windows, antique brass side table lamps and masculine bedding to contrast the feminine whimsical wallpaper.

We began our design in this OKC kitchen by re-orientating the layout of the kitchen and all work zones. The homeowners wanted a larger island with space to prepare meals while capturing the impressive lake views to the rear of the home. We replaced the closed in Highbar with an open and expansive island showcasing a lowered eating area, perfect for breakfast and entertaining while meals are prepared. Our mitered door custom cabinets are presented with a sophisticated and up and coming color palette for those that are leaning away from basic white cabinets. To bring more warmth into the space, we stained the rift sawn oak in medium brown and finished with a soft glaze. We then contrast this with matte black interiors in the glass cabinets. The matte black is repeated on the venthood which has been accented with high gloss striping. The large pull-outs flanking the fridge provide plenty of storage, while the integrated backsplash shelf provides architectural interest with additional space for bottles and spices near the induction cooktop. The brushed gold hardware provides the perfect jewelry for the kitchen – now warm, inviting, and irresistible!
