Where there was once a tiled tub that took up all the floor space there is now an adult sized shower, a stand alone tub, two new vanities and a new closet. All the elements made it back into one room. No more washing up in the hallway. Whew, that was one big tub!

The living room looks fine, isn’t it? The chic doors make the living room look stylish. Thanks to the correct arrangement of all the upholstered furniture, this mid-sized living room does not look cramped despite the large number of pieces in the interior.
The entrance to the living room is in perfect harmony with several rows of elegant longitudinal lamps built in the ceiling. Thanks to such an unusual design, the living room looks kind of long.
Don’t hesitate to contact the best Grandeur Hills Group managers and turn your living room interior into a jewel of the city of New York!

The interior of this home blurs the line between modern and traditional, forging a relaxed living environment. The arched, copper porch, which features Eldorado Stone’s modern LedgeCut33, creates an inviting presentation with its continuous linear pattern displayed throughout this residence. Additionally, Eldorado Stone’s Sage LegdeCut33 adds a modern element with its lines while its cool color palette blends into the surrounding elements, which allows the home to reveal itself progressively.

Eat-in kitchen - craftsman galley eat-in kitchen idea with furniture-like cabinets and white cabinets

Inspiration for a mid-sized timeless l-shaped concrete floor eat-in kitchen remodel in Boston with an undermount sink, raised-panel cabinets, medium tone wood cabinets, quartz countertops, brown backsplash, ceramic backsplash, stainless steel appliances and a peninsula

Castello Pro could have been taken from an old French castle, but that would be cutting it short. Instead of relegating it to a rustic existence, why not create a little tension and give it some modern contrast? Clean lines and modern aesthetics will make this vinyl flooring really sing. Although it knows how to share attention, make sure this floor has enough room to show itself off.

If you have the backyard space, don't waste it. Make your backyard the place to get away from it all. With the sun peeking through the clouds and the birds chirping from afar, a backyard sanctuary like this might be just what the doctor ordered.

This beach house was not only dated but the kitchen was suffering from a wall that closed it off and a peninsula that cut the space in half. Those were the first things we corrected. The wall was removed which opened the space up. The new layout has a large island instead of the peninsula for better flow and entertaining. This home is across the street from the beach so our design cues came from the ocean and natural surroundings. Our color pallet is white and coastal blue for the cabinets. The new luxury vinyl plank floor is light like the sand. The glass backsplash tile and quartz countertops carry the coastal feel. The main bathroom for the lower level is off the kitchen. We improved the shower size and updated all of the finishes. This beach house is now bright and open with a warm coastal feel.
