A master bedroom design for a lovely home in Toronto Beaches. I wanted to make our client feel relaxed with soft tones in the bedding, walls, and the overall decor. We used two decorative mirror styles and placed them strategically to create a focal point on the headboard wall. What's great about the mirrors is they are beautiful and a cost-effective. We have seen it all. This house is gorgeous, with newly remodeled kitchen and family room addition, beautiful furnishings with lovely decor. When the client's told us their owner's suite bathroom was scary we didn't believe them. Now, this space wasn't scary, but it definitely needed help. One small vanity tucked away in a corner and duct tape holding tile up in the shower, to name a few of the issues. After interviewing a few contractors, we moved forward with Integrity Remodeling & Design Group. We completely changed the layout to have a double vanity, relocated the toilet to be able to remove a wall, and increase the shower size three times over. This time without the use of duct tape. The homeowner's repurposed the furniture linen closet by re-painting and installing new hardware, making it a perfect cost-effective storage solution. This space is not only timelessly beautiful it now matches the rest of the home's impeccable design.

Another project by Landmark Remodeling, Pro Design Custom Cabinetry and Pinnacle Interior Designs. This main floor bath is shared by the mom, dad, and two boys so we had to think about how all users can utilize the space and enjoy it. We also wanted to be budget conscience so that we could possibly do their outdated kitchen as well. We had a dark stained custom vanity and a custom mirror to give the homeowner their dream look and cost effective tile and light choices to balance out.

Designed by Paula Truchon of Reico Kitchen & Bath in Frederick, MD this bathroom is a Reico Kitchen & Bath turnkey remodeling project in collaboration with EPIC Kitchen & Bath. A Kohler HydroRail in the shower provides versatility via the stationary showerhead or handheld shower in a small and cost effective footprint. A Kohler Levity frameless barn door style bypass door encloses the shower yet allows visibility of the beautiful tile surround. Tile selections include 12x24 Emil Eterna Natural Avorio floor tile installed in a diagonal subway pattern, 12x24 EGE Semik Arya White for the shower walls, tub apron and tub splash in a vertical stacked pattern with a Lunada Bay Tozen Glow Vanadium/Silver Martini glass mosaic accent band.
