Full Home Renovation and Addition. Industrial Artist Style. We removed most of the walls in the existing house and create a bridge to the addition over the detached garage. We created an very open floor plan which is industrial and cozy. Both bathrooms and the first floor have cement floors with a specialty stain, and a radiant heat system. We installed a custom kitchen, custom barn doors, custom furniture, all new windows and exterior doors. We loved the rawness of the beams and added corrugated tin in a few areas to the ceiling. We applied American Clay to many walls, and installed metal stairs. This was a fun project and we had a blast! Tom Queally Photography

For this project, the clients had two existing decks that they wanted to remodel for a fresh new look. The balcony deck received new premium grade wolmanized decking. We also installed new combination western red cedar railing with Deckorator brand round aluminum balusters. The main deck area needed some substantial re-support work, as well as repair to the existing house framing due to rot that had occurred through the years. We also constructed a new landing and staircases to access the deck. The same decking and railing were used as on the balcony deck. The stairs received Dekor brand l.e.d. lights installed in the western red cedar fascia. The clients now have two new fresh looking decks that are much safer to enjoy the outdoors on.
