The Great TV Debate: where in the Great Room should the TV be placed? Here is an example of the TV being placed on the side of the fireplace, at an optimal height for viewing. This frees up the fireplace and mantle for a simple, clean look or a place for artwork to be hung.

This couple in the La Verne Heights gated community contacted me when it was time to remodel their master bathroom. After years of debating whether or not they should, they decided it was time to treat themselves to a proper master bathroom. They requested a classic look and finishes that would stand the test of time. The “after” is a complete transformation.
Custom cabinetry, made to look like furniture with crystal knobs, was crafted and topped off with a slab of Cambria Quartz. The flooring and shower are clad in marble, surrounded by frameless glass. The soaking tub is Victoria + Albert and framed with custom pleated panels with custom Roman shades beneath for privacy. Chrome fixtures and lighting were added for a touch of classic sparkle.

After stripping this old town house down to the bare bones of brick and mortar, many month of labor, trying to keep with the old glory of this beautiful brick house, its finally done. With a very narrow space to work for a kitchen, after debating few layouts, this was the winner and I think we did good!

During 2020 many of us were hit hard with Covid-19. This particular family had wedding plans to hold the ceremony at their home. And they had a small budget, instead of spending thousands of dollars on bouquets, they opted to have permanent landscaping put in. The hill slope was of particularly difficulty given the grade, but we were able to obtain the perfect setting to match a modern fountain that they were debating throwing away. We were able to convince them that by removing the grass in the bed around the fountain, we could dress the entire section to become a distinct focal point of their backyard and still keep the design low enough to the ground that the lake view wouldn't be obstructed. The natural colors of the flowers and the selection of rocks suit the lake sunsets beautifully. Unfortunately, they were not able to gather in full, but the family loved the landscaping even though.

This traditional kitchen was a new home build in Northern Utah. Owner is a custom home builder and this was his kitchen. After a debate with the wife who wanted a cream kitchen, he trumped her decision with a Classic Cherry wood. We kept the lines bold and clean and sprayed all the backing of open shelving in the customers wall color to avoid the kitchen from looking too dark and heavy. 5" lags were used on island and island also had decorative panels on ends and rear. Custom wood range hood was a cooperative design with home owners. Handles were from Top Knobs. Stain is a custom color from Sean's Woodworking. Sean's Woodworking was only responsible for cabinetry.
