The lower level under the stairway area can be used as a sitting area, and the metal ceiling panels under the deck area will keep the space dry for use in rain or shine. The existing concrete slab beneath the deck area was removed. After the concrete was removed, we installed new stamped and colored concrete under the new area extending out in the driveway as needed.
