The view from this round eat-in kitchen table: framed by the iron beams and support struts, the whites and reds become palette and accent to a strong home.

Modern open concept living room with easy flow to additional outdoor living spaces and breathtaking 360 degrees unobstructed mountain range and ocean views. Custom floor to ceiling curtain wall windows allows for light to filter through the large glass and beam through the coloured hand blown glass adorning the walls, tables and vases on floors. Custom 33 foot S shaped white leather sofa anchors the room grounded on silk shag circular carpet. 80 inch water vapour Optimyst fireplace adds a special glow and brightness to the open concept room. Coloured fur and vivid print pillows anchor the modular white leather sofa which provides easy multifunction to this large open concept home. Aqua blue accents and custom silky shag carpets mimic the blue water that surrounds the rear of the house along with 40 ft long aqua blue glass edgeless reflecting pond wrapping around the front of the home which is seen from every room from the interior of the home. Magnificent city lights reflect on the water at night as gentle landscape lighting lights a path around the home. White marble looking large 4 ft large format tile was carefully laid over inflow radiant heating and on feature and bathroom walls. The home has a real modern vibe and feel with attention to detail and clean strong lines.

The Rosebury Farm project by Squared Architects is a thoughtfully planned residential development located on the edge of suburban London, designed to balance contemporary living with a strong sensitivity to its rural surroundings. Set within a green belt context, the scheme consists of a collection of individually designed homes that follow a self-build or custom-build approach, allowing for variation while maintaining a cohesive architectural identity.
The design emphasizes integration with the landscape, using staggered building forms and carefully arranged massing to reduce visual impact and preserve key views across the site. Natural materials and a restrained palette help the homes blend into their environment, while features such as green walls and planted areas reinforce the connection between architecture and nature.
Internally, the houses are designed with flexible, open-plan layouts that support modern living, prioritizing natural light and spatial fluidity. Sustainability is a core principle throughout the project, with energy-efficient strategies and environmentally responsive design choices embedded from the outset.
Overall, Rosebury Farm represents a contemporary yet context-sensitive housing model, combining architectural quality, environmental awareness, and a community-oriented approach to residential development.

Our First Step in design process after studying the Project’s context and its surroundings, was to define each and every activity that was supposed to happen in the building at any time of night and day in a list. With a close study on the list we have developed a design program.
Afterwards with taking site climate, cultural context and privacy considerations into account, we have developed the program into a basis, shaping the general geometry of the building, considering structure and functionality. In design process we have avoided unnecessary details and formalism (form without meanings).
This building seeks a strong sense of place in its context, and it because this notion, it builds a firm connection to its surroundings. SABA Apartment’s presence in its context is of a dynamic kind, both inspired and influencing its functionality affected by the resident’s lifestyle. In this building the resident is an actor featuring in a scenario written by the architect and is well-aware of his needs and lifestyle, fulfilling them in SABA Apartment. In this building the border between inside and out has been designed in response to the cultural context of Iranian traditions emphasizing on a bold separation between interiors and exteriors in order to achieve privacy. In addition with taking its cultural context into consideration, the design develops consonant to the contemporary architecture trends. This transnational approach results in both dynamism and variety in façade changing each time according to the resident’s needs. The dynamism and control over the façade by the residents of the SABA Apartment is the result of the borderless design, which we believe is with no doubt one of the most interesting trends in the world of contemporary architecture, creates a virtual space, bonding reality and fantasy all together.

This full ground-up development reimagined a modern family home from the foundation up, with a strong focus on natural light, efficient layouts, and architectural balance.
The design prioritizes openness and flow while maintaining warmth and livability—creating a home that feels contemporary without sacrificing comfort. Large openings, thoughtful proportions, and clean lines were used to enhance indoor-outdoor connection and maximize daily functionality for a growing family.

This development project brings 10 newly constructed modern townhomes to the heart of Port Richmond, one of Philadelphia’s fastest-growing neighborhoods. Designed with today’s homebuyers in mind, these new homes will showcase contemporary architecture, spacious floor plans, and high-end finishes throughout.
Each townhome features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, open-concept living and dining areas, and private outdoor space, perfect for urban living. Built with energy-efficient systems and premium materials, this new construction development offers the ideal blend of comfort, style, and sustainability.
With its convenient location and strong neighborhood appeal, this Port Richmond development project is an outstanding opportunity for both homeowners and real estate investors.
