For one devoted Seahawks fan, game day isn’t just about the kickoff; it’s about the entire experience. Living nearly 50 miles outside of the city made getting to Lumen Field a full-day commitment, so when the opportunity came to purchase a downtown penthouse in Belltown, the vision was clear: create the ultimate home base for entertaining, relaxing, and pre-gaming before every home game.
Better Builders was brought in to transform the entire penthouse, reworking the entryway, kitchen, four bathrooms, and laundry room into a sleek, contemporary space with Seattle sports at its core. From the moment you step inside, the design sets the stage with bold lighting, high-end finishes, and a layout built for gathering. The kitchen was crafted with seamless entertaining in mind, while each bathroom was elevated with clean lines and modern touches.
But the centerpiece is the living space. Designed around the ultimate TV and lighting setup, the room delivers an immersive viewing experience where every Seahawks play feels larger than life. It’s more than a remodel; it’s a celebration of Seattle spirit, bringing friends together for good food, big games, and unforgettable nights in the heart of the city.

This mixed use building in the West Village was purchased by a California couple as an investment with the vision to remove the office cubicals occupying the first floor and cellar, converting the square footage to a duplex home for themselves that enabled them to be bicoastal. The design of the first floor is a modern open concept where areas devoted to dining, cooking and living are all merged in the front of the street level space. To give this area privacy LED film was installed over the large street facing window that can be activated to block all view while still letting in light. The bedroom is in the more private rear of the space overlooking a small courtyard and is separated from the front space by the units bathroom. In the bedroom a folding glass wall can be opened completely to fully connect the space with the outdoor courtyard. This connection with the outdoor space continues in the adjacent bathroom with a floor to ceiling window located inside the shower. The bathroom has a unique open plan design. A huge rain shower head hovers over a large unenclosed shower that is separated from the main circulation space to the bedroom by a mother of pearl clad partition. The partition features a bench inside the shower and a custom oak vanity on the opposite side. The space in the cellar was fully finished to act as an overflow space for recreation and for guests visits. The overall space has a minimal aesthetic warmed up with the selection of finishes such as wide plank oak flooring, oak cabinetry, mother of pearl mosaic tile and playful touches such as neon lighting in the cellar.

Mature trees were continuously shedding their leaves into Keith's gutters, causing him to devote entirely too much time on maintenance. He ultimately decided to have LeafGuard® Brand Gutters installed. They're the patented, one-piece, seamless system guaranteed to never clog or we clean them for free.

This trendy music studio was made with the devoted musician in mind. It's simple vinyl siding with exposed rafters houses an ideal home music studio equipped with sound proof insulated walls.

Our clients were an energetic and outgoing couple that loved life, laughter and their family including two well-loved Dachshund dogs.
Their home on a lushly treed cul de sac in Manor Park boasts plenty of character, with pockets of rooms devoted to their artistic and musical passions.
As a trained chef, the husband proudly and naturally commanded the lions share of the kitchen, leaving little room for his wife’s love of baking and crafting. Fine food, good wine and a myriad of guitars are at the root of their impromptu and casual
gatherings.
The original design request was to update the kitchen in functionality and
appearance. With one look at the adjacent space which was not visible to the kitchen but commanded a stunning view with south facing windows - and this project morphed into combining two separate spaces into one.
We opened up the kitchen to incorporate the sunroom and create one large open
concept sun-filled happy space with direct access to the rear yard and seating areas. The kitchen was designed to act as one space with clearly delineated zones, where each person could cook autonomously while being together. Additionally, we maintained a soft seating lounge area and a desk for crafting in natural light.
At the heart of the kitchen is a 6’ x 8’ solid black cherry island which serves as the
social hub for gatherings. We used different materials and textures in each zone to clearly represent the two uniquely individual and dynamic personalities of this
couple. A black and white glass mosaic tile backsplash speaks to the glass fused
hobby that is created in the same space while creating a dramatic statement of a
playful artistic expression.
The custom designed wine niches introduce abstract rectilinear forms. The use of
rich materials, two-toned cabinets, custom floating black cherry shelving and a
classic colour palette of black and white act as a backdrop or canvas, which intentionally allows room for each personal expression to shine.
We doubled the storage capacity within the kitchen which is still discreet and still allows for an abundance of glass front interior lit cabinets to showcase their treasured collections.

This stunning one-acre garden, within walking distance of downtown Bethesda, was designed and installed by our firm in 2004.. LPI continues to maintain it today. The owners, devoted gardeners, wanted to utilize as much of the existing plant palette as possible but also to have space for a pond, a cutting garden, and expanses of lawn. The biggest challenge proved to be coping with the prodigious amount of water on site due to an underground spring and drainage issues posed by it and the topography of the site.
In 2010 this garden won an Award of Merit from the Association of Professional Landscape Designers, , a Grand Award from the MD*DC*VA Landscape Contractors Association, and an Environmental Improvement Award of Distinction from PLANET.

Children's rooms design is a direction, to which Kateryna Antonovich has a special thrill and attention. This child's room interior perfectly reflects the boundless love and the desire to give the child the best that parents have. And every interior story told by the talented designer, is devoted to dreams and passions of the child. Child's room design for a boy in Ferrari style is a reflection of the child's interests. Dynamic and bright interior perfectly fits the design concept. The room elegantly emphasizes every detail so popular in the world of Formula 1. Silk curtains are with ornaments of signal flags, the bed is in the form of a car, the rug is with a logo. All of these elements are the expression and the integrity of the image. The interior designer perfectly organized space so the child feels completely comfortable to play, rest or study. The child's room interior design has to take into account the psychology of child and age. And the bright colors, which harmoniously combine red and blue colors perfectly match the age of the youngest son of the apartment owners in Dubai, who at the time of the project was five years old. The original sofa upholstered in leather underlines the elite status of the interior. Flowing forms of furniture exquisitely continue the cars theme. In walls decoration bright accents became photos and illuminated logo. Traditional chandelier in the child's room interior is replaced with modern ceiling lights, evenly placed around the perimeter of the ceiling. Child's room design in Ferrari style was the fulfillment of the young room owner's dream and brought a lot of joy to our customers.

For their devoted small-batch whiskey enthusiasts, Old Carter Whiskey Co. created a members-only social lounge and tasting room in Louisville, KY, designed by co-owner Mark Carter himself.
At the heart of the space is American Tin Ceilings’ Pattern #29 in Gold Brushed Bronze, adding warmth, depth, and old-world richness overhead. The ornate ceiling detail enhances the room’s sense of heritage and exclusivity, making it the perfect backdrop for conversation, tasting, and connection.
