Honey stained oak flooring gives way to flagstone in this modern sunken den, a space capped in fine fashion by an ever-growing square pattern of stained alder. Coordinating stained trim punctuates the ivory ceiling and walls that provide a warm backdrop for a contemporary artwork in shades of red and gold. A modern brass floor lamp stands to the side of the almond chenille sofa that sports graphic print pillows in chocolate and orange. Resting on an off-white and gray Moroccan rug is an acacia root cocktail table that displays a large knotted accessory made of graphite stained wood. A glass side table with gold base is home to a c.1960s lamp with an orange pouring glaze. A faux fur throw pillow is tucked into a side chair stained dark walnut and upholstered in tone on tone stripes. Across the way is an acacia root ball alongside a lounge chair and ottoman upholstered in rust chenille. Hanging above the chair is a contemporary piece of artwork in autumnal shades. The fireplace an Ortal Space Creator 120 is surrounded in cream concrete and serves to divide the den from the dining area while allowing light to filter through. Bronze metal sliding doors open wide to allow easy access to the covered porch while creating a great space for indoor/outdoor entertaining.

This dining room features a large distressed table flanked by a church pew on one side and mismatched dining room chairs on the other. A large buffet sits against an amazing exposed brick wall. The walls feature old recipes from grandma framed along with grandma's china mixed with some other beautiful pieces. The dining room also has an amazing pressed tin ceiling and Castle Comb wood floors.

For the Family room instead of painting the whole room blue, we chose to paint the back of the cabinet shelves a navy blue still giving the room a strong color yet allowing it to blend with the existing pieces. Adding white and silver traditional and transitional accessories made the room a unique space.

Stepping out onto the covered patio space, attention is immediately drawn to the tranquil water feature. Faced with Georgetown Blend stone and Bullnose Travertine coping, this water fall feature creates an elegant feel to this outdoor patio. Even in the midst of night, it glows with LED lights and sparkles from the decorative glass backsplash. This lovely water feature requires low maintenance, as it is fitted with a chlorinator and Jandy pump for proper filtration.
The Venetian Gold granite blends well with the earthy tones found in the original brick, allowing this outdoor kitchen to stand out yet complement the home’s exterior. The bar top area easily seats 4 to 5 guests and attracts the use of Margarita mixers with accessible countertop electrical outlets. For added convenience, the kitchen sink is equipped with both hot and cold water as well as a sanitary pump. There is ample amount of storage space alongside the stainless steel appliances and an inconspicuous garbage can drawer. The mini refrigerator accommodates 48-60 canned drinks, and the double burner and grill provide the perfect opportunity to prepare an outstanding meal for guests and family.
The fire feature in this outdoor project attracts those recently refreshed at the kitchen to come sit and relax! With matching brick as the home, the fire place is a seamless addition to this outdoor living room.
Completing the project, varying sizes of Travertine tile are used for the flooring. The variation in size and uniquely chiseled edge of the tile catches the eye of its travelers.

To the right of the sink, a luxury Café brand built-in dishwasher with a brushed-stainless handle was installed alongside a stack of deep storage drawers.

The upper cabinets were extended up all the way to the ceiling to create the illusion of taller ceilings. Our designers wanted to include both open shelving and glass-front cabinets for a truly custom look, complete with LED backlighting for an even more dramatic effect. What a beautiful way to display decor and glassware!

Our design team relocated the awkward dining area that was originally designed alongside the kitchen’s opening into the sunset room and created a built-in wet bar area that the client wanted for social gatherings. The wet bar boasted the same gorgeous countertops and cabinetry as the kitchen’s perimeter, marrying the two spaces together. A stunning Walker Zanger Pasha white onyx mosaic backsplash was designed into the space to compliment the white and grey tones. Its metallic finish created a striking, shimmery effect that glistens in the light.

In the wine cellar, a small rectangle at the base of the far rack serves as a charming display where the homeowners can showcase their favorite vintage, glasses, and a book alongside up to 2,000 bottles of wine.

I live for moments of grace, such as classical music, beautiful china, fine art, and textiles.
This home is a testament of this philosophy, with an eclectic mix of the fine and the understated. Next to a work of irreplaceable fine art is hung a tapestry from Turkey, purchased in a market for pennies. On display, collections of fine Herend china and exquisite Limoges boxes sit alongside some of HomeGoods’ best ceramic offerings.
In this home, I’m inspired by textiles and fabrics, different dimensions, mixes of color, history, and artistic focal points; but most of all I am inspired by the intangible feeling of a piece.

If you like minimalism, this modern art is your best choice. Geographic shapes and environmental-friendly colors, this artwork will definitely light up your day. This simple design works well in areas of your home where you want to add some interest to your walls without using anything that could be seen as overwhelming. Set on a soft cream background rather than stark white, this piece will look great in any room whether you have used a bright paint color on your walls or opted for an intricate wallpaper pattern instead. It will work alongside any other pieces of art you are already displaying in your home, but can also stand alone as the only piece in a room. Consider hanging this in rooms of your home where you seek to be calm, such as your bedroom or other areas you go to relax.

A peaceful park in the middle of winter surrounded by snow-covered trees and patrons enjoying the outdoors on the frozen lake. The scene here is quite subdued and may be a great way to evoke memories of your childhood as you enjoyed a cold winter day. You can display this piece in your living room or dining area alongside your other favorite pieces. With red, yellow, and blue used as the main colors, the contrast provided is quite engaging despite the overall simplicity of the piece. It can be appreciated by everyone from children to adults and would make a great addition to any home or office space.
