After living with the original 1980s landscaping for a few years after purchasing their home, these homeowners were ready for an update. We preserved mature plantings where possible, but integrated new material to better suit the homeowners' style and the Northwest setting. Natural boulder seat rocks form a semi-circle around the gas fire pit, leaving room for plusher seating to be pulled around the other side.

This ultra-luxurious pool in Massachusetts featured a dive rock, waterfall and incredible design selections. The swimming pool is complimented by a pool house, patio seating and an expansive deck that's material came from a mountain range in Maine.

Pool was designed for a volleyball net to be put up in sleeves within the landscape pockets next to the coping. The volleyball area is 15' square on each side of the net and both sides are the same depth. The right lobe of the pool is the deep end with a diving rock.

We began by demolishing the old uncomfortable spa and replacing it with a new acrylic one. Using Techo-Bloc “Creta” wall stone, we created the face between the raised acrylic spillover spa and the swimming pool. www.deckandpatio.com

The couple didn’t want to deal with much maintenance and our solution was a raised patio design. The challenge was the relatively steep slope that ran away from the house making it necessary to put solid compactable materials underneath to avoid settling issues later on. www.deckandpatio.com

In total, there are five waterfalls, plus a swim-up bar in the pool that features stunning granite countertops and a shade pergola. From the highest waterfall, to the lawn below, is an elevation change of twelve feet, all with a different grades. www.deckandpatio.com

This residential Lazy River is all about activity! It has a big swimming/play area (30' accross & 40'+ length) plus the lazy river. It has a basketball goal, fire pit, and if you go down the Dolphin slide, one of the lazy river pumps sends you accross the pool to the river entrance! The bridge has a tropical feel and takes you to the island where a secret path leads to the dive rock.
