Creating a modern space for an extensive wine collection was the driver of this sleek room. Ship lap mahogany siding clad the walls, and complement the 12” x 24” honed basalt stone floor. Custom polished stainless steel wine racks provide the storage, and a mahogany built-in provide a staging area. Uplights, backlights, and a cove light illuminate the wine for display through the glass door.

This amazing Audiophile wall was created in house by H. Customs audio video. Reclaimed lumber from an old barn was used to create an old look in a modern office. The wall is completely functional as a stereo audio system. It includes a Samsung 65" LED, a Marantz Audiophile Glass record player levitating on a black custom built steel shelf, Custom Built Subwoofers and speakers all TruAudio GHT Line - which include 2-12" subwoofers, 2-8" subwoofers, 6-6.5" Midrange drivers, 4-5 1/4" midrange drivers and 4-1" Tweeters. New two story garage with loft above. Race car enthusiast and driver wanted a special building to be able to work on his vintage European cars and entertain friends and family from loft above. Exterior is brick and slate to match existing tudor style home. Interior is industrial with dark windows, high ceilings, exposed rustic beams and wide plank rustic oak floors. Year one identified that even with a 12 feet wide paved drive, visitors would often drive right over the plants. Rather than add more expensive and unattractive curbs that can damage tire side walls, granite boulders were added to notify poor drivers that they are off the pavement, and thus protect the plants.

Taos Square LED By Edge Lighting The sharp symmetric lines of the Taos Square LED add geometric style while providing intense bidirectional light above and below the fixture. An electronic 100-120 VAC, 50/60 Hz driver is provided which fits easily into the electrical box. The fixture is rated for indoor, outdoor and wet applications. ADA compliant. Fixture includes a 5 year warranty.

This pavilion was located directly off of the back of the house, centered on the formal living room and establishing a connection between the upper and lower tiers of the property. A three centered arch allows for a grand opening and connections between indoor living, outdoor living, and the rest of the property beyond.
