Find the right local pro for your project

Small in scale but rich in detail, an interior designer brought a jewel box vision to life in the kitchen of her 1900 Georgetown row home. Drawing from the lush backyard garden, she chose Snaidero cabinetry in Alps Green and Burnished Gold Mica Matte Lacquers, paired with Bronzed frame glass units for the uppers and white quartz counters with gold veining. Handleless cabinets and clean lines help the space feel open, elegant, and ideal for entertaining.

These two though....
This retired "simple beach couple" are a couple of our faves. This was a collaboration in every sense of the word from start to finish. This was not a "throw us the keys and we'll do it all for you" type of project. They were very involved in every decision from architect plans all the way to bedside lamp placement. They had this land and former bungalow on a walkstreet in their beloved Hermosa Beach for over 30 years before they enlisted us to help them design and build their dream home. We worked with Lane Design Build and the client in wonderful harmony, and everyone is very pleased with the results.

As we continue updating photos from this 2021 Consolidated Construction Services kitchen renovation we hope you can see the transformation from dark brown to
fresh and tranquil colors. Feel the Wow energy as you virtually step into this totally new kitchen. 540.725.3900 CCSROA.com Serving Southwest, Virginia for over 20 years.

WINCKELMANS TILES: Textile Pattern in Super White / Charcoal / Blue

This traditional Cape Cod was ready for a refresh including the updating of an old, poorly constructed addition. Without adding any square footage to the house or expanding its footprint, we created much more usable space including an expanded primary suite, updated dining room, new powder room, an open entryway and porch that will serve this retired couple well for years to come.
