Mid-sized trendy stone back porch idea in Charlotte with a roof extension

The clients had an existing wood deck that was starting to have several issues. We removed the existing deck and re-designed a new deck that would give them more usable space and open feeling. The decking is Gossen brand Passport series Moroccan Cedar with Spanish Walnut accent stripe. The railing is made with a wolmanized subframe and then wrapped with Gossen pvc in Moroccan Cedar color. The stone columns are Deckorator brand faux stone in Fieldstone color. The caps are Deckorator brand solar l.e.d. post caps. The railing balusters are Deckorator round aluminum balusters. Dekor l.e.d. lighting was installed in the step fascias for safety and nightime illumination to compliment the post caps. Once warmer and better weather come in I will go back out and get some nice pictures without the rain and leaves Mother Nature was throwing at me :) I also can't wait to get some great nightime shots of this project. This is a pool we remodeled in Boca Raton. The Travertine color is Ivory, laid down in a French Pattern which converts into the coping giving it a much more modern look with the sleek lines. New waterline tile, with a spa that spills over into the pool and Handrails were installed The plaster is finished with Mosaic Petite Pearl. It's not shown in this picture but they also had 8 deck jets installed with Color L.E.D. Lighting. It's a beauty to see at night!

This Pond Renovation project in Lancaster, PA consisted of removal of the existing pond and installation of a new pond measuring roughly 16′ x 18′ and wrapping around the patio and included pond LED lighting. The waterfalls and stream were moved to the left of the current waterfall for better viewing and the landscaping around the water feature will changed based on the new shape. We transplanted existing plants and put a fresh coat of mulch around the patio and pond area to finish it off.

The dining area had original paneling removed and new painted sheetrock added. A light ministrip grey engineered floor runs throughout the house. Recessed, low profile, L.E.D. lights were installed in the original tongue and groove ceilings. A Sputnik style pendant light was installed for the dining area and is easily visible to the outside in the evenings as a nod to the mid century stylings.

Request Free Quote This lap pool in Burr Ridge, IL measures 20'0" x 40'0", and the raised hot tub measures 8'0" x 8'0". Both the pool and hot tub have LED colored lights. There is a 6'0" bench in the deep end of the pool. Both the pool and hot tub coping is Valder's Wisconsin Limestone. 4 LED Laminar jets provide a dramatic vertical element. The spa is raised 18" and has a dramatic sheer overflow water feature. Both the pool and hot tub have Ceramaquartz exposed aggregate pool finish in Tahoe Blue color. The pool deck is mortar set Valders Wisconsin Limestone, and the pool deck retaining wall is a stone veneer with Valders Wisconsin coping. The masonry planters are also veneered in stone with Valders Wisconsin Limestone caps.
