This custom double vanity was designed to bring the feeling of a luxury hotel and spa into the everyday routine. Rich stained wood cabinetry grounds the space with warmth, while a seamless quartz countertop and full-height marble-look porcelain tile backsplash create a clean, sophisticated backdrop.
An oversized wall-to-wall mirror enhances both natural light and the sense of openness, while matte black plumbing fixtures paired with warm brass hardware introduce a timeless mixed-metal palette. Symmetrical lighting and generous storage ensure the vanity is as functional as it is beautiful, providing ample space for two without sacrificing elegance.
Thoughtfully layered finishes, natural textures, and refined detailing transform this primary bathroom into a calming retreat that balances everyday practicality with elevated design.

It’s the seemingly small details - the Cabinetry organizers, corner pullouts, Mom’s Command centre with family Calendar & Homework organizer - everything having it’s place that supports this Kitchen as the high functioning work horse that it is.
Visual comfort comes from the culmination of tonal Flat Panel Cabinetry, Matte finish Quartz Counters, high durability Vinyl floor Tile, minimalist brushed Chrome Hardware and shimmering Metallic Glass Backsplash Tile. Getting those quiet details right - the proportions and balance working together the Kitchen has become a comfortable and relaxing space.

“Em uma área de quase 120m² se instalaria um sonho de adolescente que surgiu há quase 20 anos atrás, a paixão por rock n’ roll aliada a necessidade de um local adequado para os ensaios da banda que é embalada pelo ritmo, o ambiente seria composto por um palco todo equipado com som e luz para além dos ensaios também receber outras bandas, um bar para as festas particulares que correspondesse ao tamanho do espaço, além de um belo camarim, como não poderia faltar. “

Well situated in Mont Royal, this split-level home had many positives apart from its dated interior, and layout of many small and inefficient rooms. This was all at odds with the owners’ lifestyle and aesthetic.
The client had architectural plans designed for a third floor addition that were to include a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The desired look for the entire house influenced all aspects of construction. Apart from the removal most walls on the main floor, everything was stripped back to the most simple and pure of finishing materials.
The existing floors were refinished in a smoked grey matte palette and offset the rich warm walnut accents in the kitchen and soft white walls.
With an abundance of white walls throughout, feature walls were essential in both the master bedroom and ensuite. The deep charcoal wall in the bedroom provides dramatic contrast to the teak headboard and hammered silver light fixture. The ensuite’s feature wall is made of pewter ceramic tiles that add texture and elegance to this simple space.
Materials and furnishings throughout were selected for their simplicity and form.
