The exterior of this hillside home was completely renovated utilizing contemporary materials and details well suited to our Southern California climate. The floating roof allows plenty of natural light into the space as well as providing protection from the elements. The overhead cover of the spa has mechanical louvers and allows the homeowner to adjust to let in the perfect amount of shade and light.

Impulse is a dynamic LED chandelier design with a striking contemporary shape. Petite stems radiate from the spherical body while miniature acrylic ornaments of light glow at its tips. An array of chic finish options in Polished Chrome, Polished Gold or Cloud intensifies its stunning effect.

This house is really more then one style. This is the front (not entrance) with the garages and mechanical room on this level. Driveway circles around the house and the main entrance is level to the second floor and has more of the craftsman/lodge covered entrance.

This mechanical equipment is an eyesore. It is installed on an elevated platform as this area does receive occasional flooding. Customer wanted to hide it but still have access for maintenance tasks.

We enclosed the mechanical area with a series of doors by Redline Garage Gear. These doors are powder coated over a high density melamine core.
