This beautifully designed backyard oasis features a sleek, modern pool with a built-in spa, creating the ultimate retreat for relaxation and fun. The pool’s clean lines and light stone tile surround give it a luxurious, resort-like feel, while the integrated shallow lounging area adds both functionality and comfort, perfect for sunbathing or children's play. Adjacent to the pool is an expansive deck with contemporary outdoor seating, blending seamlessly with the home’s design. The elevated balcony, with stylish cable railing and wood accents, offers an additional lounge area with a panoramic view of the entire outdoor space. Mature oak trees and lush landscaping, including ornamental grasses and manicured landscape, provide natural beauty and privacy to the setting. The artificial turf play area adds practicality and low maintenance while complementing the modern aesthetic. With a focus on elegant design and usability, this outdoor space is perfect for family gatherings, entertaining, or simply enjoying a serene escape from the everyday.

Indiana Limestone surrounds the pool and caps the spa, and the spillover water feature gives the perfect ambient noise. Our clients have a busy life so they wanted their inner city garden to be low fuss and look low fuss. They wanted outdoor spaces that looked relaxed, with a simple and soft palette of finishes that acknowledged their coastal location. The site conditions and their brief also called for plants that were hardy and that would tolerate the full sun and sandy soils. The structural finishes and the plant colours provide a harmonious blend and compliment the design choices of the interior.

Nestled perfectly along a mountainside in the North Scottsdale Estancia Community, with views of Pinnacle Peak, and the Valley below, this landscape design honors the surrounding desert and the contemporary architecture of the home. A meandering driveway ascends the hillside to an auto court area where we placed mature cactus and yucca specimens. In the back, terracing was used to create interest and support from the intense hillside. We brought in mass boulders to retain the slope, while adding to the existing terrain. A succulent garden was placed in the terraced hillside using unique and rare species to enhance the surrounding native desert. A vertical fence of well casing rods was installed to preserve the view, while still securing the property. An infinity edge, glass tile pool is the perfect extension of the contemporary home.
