This custom-fabricated vinyl record cabinet strikes a balance between mid-century modern influence and robust industrial design. The unit features a clean, rectilinear wooden body finished in a warm, light-toned grain, providing a bright aesthetic that contrasts beautifully with the stark, dark steel framework that encases the cabinet structure.
Elevated by tall, slender black hairpin legs, the piece achieves a light, airy profile that keeps the floor space open. The front facade is divided into four distinct storage sections, each accessed by a dedicated cabinet door outfitted with a simple, minimalist knob. This streamlined design emphasizes the cabinet’s primary function as an elegant home for a record collection, while the solid, expansive top surface provides a perfect platform for a turntable and other audio equipment.

This is an organic Lime Wash done with a true lime wash product as opposed to a brick mortar or concrete that is often seen on new houses. This product can be applied as a solid coating making the surface completely white, or can be applied and "washed off" in many artistic ways, as seen here. If you hate your brick or just want something unique this is a great option!

This duplex has a very modern aesthetic with focuses on clean lines and metal accents. However, the front courtyard was undeveloped and uninviting. We worked with the client to tie the courtyard and the property together by adding clean, monochromatic details with a heavy focus on texture.
The main goal of this project was to add a low-maintenance outdoor living space that was an extension of the home. The small space and harsh sun exposure limited the plant pallet, but we were able to use lush plant material to maximize the space. A monochromatic pallet makes for a perfect backdrop for focal points and key pieces. The circular fire-pit was used to break up the 90 degree angles of the space, and also played off the round pottery.

The custom designed wall panels completed for a private residence located in Miami Beach, Florida, brings the exterior modern and stylistic look into the interior. The wall paneling creates the perfect transition between the floors by tracing the shape of the staircase. The wood texture and the modern lines of the paneling adds elegance to the living space allowing the tv unit to act as a statement piece

The previous year Finesse, Inc. remodeled this home in Monrovia and created the 9-lite window at the entry of the home. After experiencing some intense weather we were called back to build this new entry way. The entry consists of 1/3 covered area and 2/3 area exposed to allow some light to come in. Fabricated using square steel posts and beams with galvanized hangers and Redwood lumber. A steel cap was placed at the front of the entry to really make this Modern home complete. The fence and trash enclosure compliment the curb appeal this home brings.
