This modern-style executive home takes full advantage of the views and rocky terrain. The homeowners are retirees whose goal was to build a home that they could age in place in. Taking their needs into consideration, we created a large open concept design that takes advantage of the natural light and scenery while enabling the owners full accessibility throughout. All the primary rooms are located on the main floor with guest and additional spaces on lower floors. All door widths were increased and a roll thru shower was installed to allow for wheelchair accessibility if required in the future. The entire house is controlled by a state of the art iPad home automation system controlling media, mechanical systems, lighting & security.
"Light & Bright" are the items our client wanted us to focus on, with "Light" we wanted to capture as much as natural light from the large windows as possible. As for "Bright" we kept most of the finishes grey and white and clean. Pops of colour and warm hardwood flooring tie the entire space together.

The owners of this home sought to modernize and open the entire first floor, enabling an open kitchen and family room concept. With this first floor remodel, we created a contemporary space by removing all of the interior walls, reinforcing the roof structure and raising the ceiling height four feet. This remodel involved sleek custom black walnut cabinets, radius walls with niches in the entryway and a three-sided contemporary gas fireplace.

This custom-built home in the heart of Henrietta, NY, boasts a stunning open floor plan that seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. The homeowners have embraced a mixed metal aesthetic, selecting nickel for the plumbing fixtures and brass for the lighting. A standout feature is the Haas chandelier, sourced from our showroom, which adds a mid-century charm and beautifully complements the globe-shaped pendants. With its bold, linear brass frame extending to elegantly etched opal glass globes, this fixture provides soft illumination, making it perfect for modern, mid-century modern, and contemporary interiors. Its flexible arms allow for versatile positioning—either flat or angled—enabling customization of its appearance. This chandelier is part of the Progress Lighting Design Series, a collection that offers stylish and luxurious lighting options for the home. Positioned above the dining table, the chandelier will cast a warm glow, enhancing family meals and creating lasting memories.

This beautiful victorian home in the heart of La Grange, IL now has a gorgeous kitchen to go along with it. Decked out with white planking and finished beams on the ceiling. Kitchen cabinetry is a mix of a dark brown finish on the transitional U-shape island with seating for four and white shaker style inset doors and drawers (with accent drawers as raised panels) on the perimeter. Perimeter cabinetry starts from countertop to ceiling for ample storage and to enable extra window from countertop height windows. The symmetry is eye-catching in this space! Also by Wheatland Custom Cabinetry is the corner banquette and mudroom locker cabinet. Construction by Hyland Homes.

This Reston Virginia Condo remodel required us to bring every room up to date. We provided the new wood plank laminate flooring with a cork underlayment for maximum comfort and sound absorption. The client requested that we turn the second bedroom into an office space. We lined the wall with semi-custom cabinetry, a new ceiling fan and a built out custom closet to store books and office supplies. The adjacent bathroom shower walls and floors are lined with polished marble floor tile and new chrome plumbing fixtures. The new grey vanity and quartz counters compliment the new grey zigzag accent marble tile. The master bedroom received a full overhaul as well including a custom velvet headboard lined with espresso wood, new nightstands and dresser, 2 new pendant lamps in front of the new espresso wall mirrors. We were sure to incorporate new LED lighting throughout the condo including smart home enabled Wi-Fi controlled lighting.
