Harmonized with the refined architectural lines of Çeşme, this villa project is completed with the aesthetic and technical excellence of Serapool. The Piazza Cyan Series delivers a sophisticated depth to the pool surface through its gradient transitions from turquoise to deep blue. Surrounding the pool, Beige Stone porcelain terrace anti-slip tiles introduce a serene ambiance with their warm beige hues. All surfaces feature a water absorption rate below 0.5%, ensuring long-lasting durability. They exhibit high resistance to UV rays, chemicals, and thermal shocks. With a PTV ≥ 45° slip resistance rating, the outdoor flooring ensures maximum safety. Piazza Cyan outer trim and Beige Stone outer trim details preserve aesthetic continuity in curved areas. More than a swimming area, the project offers a comprehensive luxury experience where elegance, safety, and comfort coexist seamlessly through artfully designed surfaces.

This Hollyburn kitchen renovation in West Vancouver focuses on efficient layout planning and balanced appliance integration within a condo footprint. The U-shaped configuration maximizes counter space while maintaining a clear and functional work triangle between sink, range, and refrigeration zones.
The appliance wall was carefully aligned to maintain visual continuity, with built-in microwave integration and full-height cabinetry providing structured storage. A contrasting matte black faucet introduces a modern focal point against the neutral surfaces, while recessed ceiling lighting ensures even task illumination across preparation areas.
Arani Construction approaches West Vancouver condo kitchens with disciplined layout planning, precise cabinetry installation, and careful sequencing to ensure both durability and long-term functionality.

Located in the natural surroundings of Marmaris, this exclusive villa pool project blends the clean lines of modern architecture with Serapool’s high-performance porcelain solutions. The Firuze Mix series introduces a vibrant and refreshing ambiance with its turquoise tones, while the Cement Grey series, used in surrounding floor areas, adds visual depth through its contemporary texture and contrasting effect. Crafted from 100% porcelain, the tiles feature a water absorption rate below 0.5%, offering long-lasting durability. With high resistance to UV rays, chemicals, and thermal shock, they ensure reliable outdoor performance. The PTV ≥ 45° anti-slip rating provides a safe surface in wet zones. The Firuze Mix outer trim, corner, and angle pieces ensure smooth transitions, while the Cement Grey coping and monoblock hidden grate contribute to visual continuity and user comfort. This design delivers not only a swimming space but also a complete luxury experience where aesthetics meet functionality.

THEME The overall theme for this
space is a functional, family friendly
escape where time spent together
or alone is comfortable and exciting.
The integration of the work space,
clubhouse and family entertainment
area creates an environment that
brings the whole family together in
projects, recreation and relaxation.
Each element works harmoniously
together blending the creative and
functional into the perfect family
escape.
FOCUS The two-story clubhouse is
the focal point of the large space and
physically separates but blends the two
distinct rooms. The clubhouse has an
upper level loft overlooking the main
room and a lower enclosed space with
windows looking out into the playroom
and work room. There was a financial
focus for this creative space and the
use of many Ikea products helped to
keep the fabrication and build costs
within budget.
STORAGE Storage is abundant for this
family on the walls, in the cabinets and
even in the floor. The massive built in
cabinets are home to the television
and gaming consoles and the custom
designed peg walls create additional
shelving that can be continually
transformed to accommodate new or
shifting passions. The raised floor is
the base for the clubhouse and fort
but when pulled up, the flush mounted
floor pieces reveal large open storage
perfect for toys to be brushed into
hiding.
GROWTH The entire space is designed
to be fun and you never outgrow
fun. The clubhouse and loft will be a
focus for these boys for years and the
media area will draw the family to
this space whether they are watching
their favorite animated movie or
newest adventure series. The adjoining
workroom provides the perfect arts and
crafts area with moving storage table
and will be well suited for homework
and science fair projects.
SAFETY The desire to climb, jump,
run, and swing is encouraged in this
great space and the attention to detail
ensures that they will be safe. From
the strong cargo netting enclosing
the upper level of the clubhouse to
the added care taken with the lumber
to ensure a soft clean feel without
splintering and the extra wide borders
in the flush mounted floor storage, this
space is designed to provide this family
with a fun and safe space.

Smokey turquoise glass tiles cover this luxury bath with an interplay of stacked and gridded tile patterns that enhances the sophistication of the monochromatic palette.
Floor to ceiling glass panes define a breathtaking steam shower. Every detail takes the homeowner’s needs into account, including an in-wall waterfall element above the shower bench. Griffin Designs measured not only the space but also the seated homeowner to ensure a soothing stream of water that cascades onto the shoulders, hits just the right places, and melts away the stresses of the day.
Space conserving features such as the wall-hung toilet allowed for more flexibility in the layout. With more possibilities came more storage. Replacing the original pedestal sink, a bureau-style vanity spans four feet and offers six generously sized drawers. One drawer comes complete with outlets to discretely hide away accessories, like a hair dryer, while maximizing function. An additional recessed medicine cabinet measures almost six feet in height.
The comforts of this primary bath continue with radiant floor heating, a built-in towel warmer, and thoughtfully placed niches to hold all the bits and bobs in style.

At the center of this home, the kitchen isn’t just a place to cook—it’s where the family comes together. Designed with an open-concept layout, it flows effortlessly into the surrounding spaces, making it as inviting as it is functional. Since the homeowners are passionate about cooking, we prioritized thoughtful details, like a waterfall edge at the end of the island closest to the range to make meal prep an easy clean up. The oversized island acts as both a workspace and a gathering spot, providing ample room for everything. To enhance its overall impact, we selected an Orca stone for its continuous pattern and installed it with a book-matched pattern, ensuring a flawless, uninterrupted look across this showstopping centerpiece.

The W7 series of windows and doors were selected in this project both for the high performance of the products, the beauty of natural wood interiors, and the durability of aluminum-clad exteriors. The stunning clear-stained pine windows make use of concealed hinges, which not only deliver a clean aesthetic but provide continuous gaskets around the sash helping to create a better seal against the weather outside. The robust hardware is paired with stainless steel premium handles to ensure smooth operation and timeless style for years to come.

This homeowner had a very limited space to work with and they were worried it wouldn’t be possible to install a water feature in their yard at all!
They were willing to settle for a small fountain when they called us, but we assured them we were up for this challenge in building them their dream waterscape at a larger scale than they could even imagine.
We turned this steep hill and retaining wall into their own personal secret garden. We constructed a waterfall that looked like the home was built around and existed naturally in nature. Our experts in waterfall building and masonry were able to ensure the retaining wall continued to do it’s job of holding up the hillside and keeping this waterfall in place for a lifetime to come.

We like to bring the indoors outside, specially when the outdoors has spectacular views of the sea. The entire wall of the Great Room opens up to merge the outdoor space with the indoors and suddenly, your living space increases by double and you can enjoy uninterrupted the entire area. The sliding doors hide seamlessly within the walls. Wooden floor continues outside to make the space look even more, one. The sandy color of the furniture blends in overall and spotlights ensures even lighting through out.

The design for this home in Palo Alto looked to create a union between the interior and exterior, blending the spaces in such a way as to allow residents to move seamlessly between the two environments. Expansive glazing was used throughout the home to complement this union, looking out onto a swimming pool centrally located within the courtyard.
Within the living room, a large operable skylight brings in plentiful sunlight, while utilizing self tinting glass that adjusts to various lighting conditions throughout the day to ensure optimal comfort.
For the exterior, a living wall was added to the garage that continues into the backyard. Extensive landscaping and a gabion wall was also created to provide privacy and contribute to the sense of the home as a tranquil oasis.

The designers of Innovation House selected the finishes for this upstairs en-suite bathroom with a growing family in mind. Outfitted with durable, yet stylish materials like smooth glass subway tiles in the spa shower and dark stained cabinetry, this space is undoubtedly masculine. To provide visual balance large linen floor tiles were laid to reflect light from the room’s other shinning surfaces. For an unexpected accent, craftsman style wall sconces in oil rubbed bronze were selected for both sides of the coordinating mirror.
To help anchor the heavier elements of the room, a warm earthy color (Porter’s Ashen 516-4) was used on the walls and continued onto the ceiling. The clean lines and traditional finishing materials make cleaning easier and will ensure that this bathroom stays functional and beautiful for many years to come.
